Research In Physical Education Of New Rural Communities

New rural community in this dissertation refers to a modernized new spatial political unit which falls in between township and traditional villages by combining the geographically adjacent villages around a key village together with the multifunction of inhabitation and production,entertaining and shopping along with property management.It is blessed with many traits.First,it lies in lowland zones with immense concentration of villages and agriculture being the backbone of local economy.Second,this new type of community is financed mainly by businesses and forged by merging the adjacent villages to utilize efficiently the originally limited land resources.Third,it is gradually transformed into small township itself with the majority of its workforce work at local companies.New rural community sports is a type of local societal athletic activity within this modernized new spatial political unit targeting at local residents,with the natural living environment and athletic facilities as material basis.It aims to meet the athletic needs of the local residents,foster their physical and psychological health and improve their living quality.With the economic development of Dongwei,sports is also changing rapidly in that area.The development model of sports in Dongwei around the establishment of community presents the saddle-typed changing principle in age groups.The 1990s witnessed a static development of sports in Dongwei.The athletic population in Dongwei community accounts for a large part and the number is on the increase in ascending order of age.Middle-aged athletic population far outnumbered young people,ranking only next to the elders.This differs greatly from the saddle-typed changing principle in our country.Zouping Sports Association has developed a set of valid and mature management model,which is a developing and administrative pattern of sports organizations with governmental support,authoritative guide and extensive participation.The developing masses and regions advance naturally following the development of social sports organizations,which demonstrates gradually the form of pyramid.Among the essential factors of developing sports under the circumstances of industrial economy as the main body and merging villages to form village community, the sports demand of community inhabitants is the inner motivation of sports development;the good governmental public service and social administration are the external decisive factor of sports development;the mature development of social sports organizations is one of the essential factors of community sports development; the right sense of values of the leaders of enterprises is the powerful promoting factor of developing community sports.Based on this,the dissertation proposes a new sports management pattern for new rural communities with concerted efforts of government and sports organizations,in which government plays the role of macro-control and steering with its preferential policies and government funding,sports organizations play a supplementary role of organizing,managing and guiding,while communities launch various sports activities through their self-rule by self-financing and self management.It is concluded that Dongwei community is now at a transitional stage from scattered agricultural rural community to open industrial urbanized community. During the process,the managers tend to focus more on economic development so that the software construction in community sports organizations and regulations lags far behind practical needs.
