Research On The Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Community Participating In Sports Tourism

In early 2018,the Central Committee and the State Council issued the central document No.1,The opinions on implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The implementation of Rural Revitalization is a major historical task for building a moderately prosperous society and building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Among them,rural tourism,as the breakthrough of rural revitalization,has became an important poverty alleviation strategy,which has incomparable advantages in poverty alleviation.Sports tourism,as a new industry form of tourism industry and sports industry,which could not only enrich the tourism product system,expand the tourism consumption space,promote the transformation and upgrade of tourism industry,but also cultivate new kinetic energy and expand economic development.For individuals,sports can add a lot of fun to the tourism process and people are easy to participate.Combined with the current situation and future development,“How to participate in sports tourism in rural communities?How to get the compensation and optimization of the poverty reduction path of sports tourism.” It is of great significance to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In order to evaluate the current situation of poverty alleviation and try to put forward a path through sports tourism,this paper reviews the research on sports tourism,rural tourism poverty alleviation,and tourism community participation by using the mixed research method of qualitative analysis,including in-depth interview and questionnaire survey.This paper constructs the theoretical model in“community participation in sports for poverty alleviation”,which is based on the theory of central place andsocial exchange and so on,it sums up the process,condition and mechanism of community participation in sports tourism.It shows that sports tourism for poverty alleviation is a sustainable project and a social phenomenon.It is the real will to get rid of poverty and to achieve a better life,which enhance the participationand development and promote the exercise sustainability,and improve the ability of provety alleviation.The conclusion is:First,rural sports tourism relies on the available sports resources in non-urban areas,with the village sports community as the center,to carry out outdoor recreation,leisure and fitness,sports performances and other emerging business activities.The sports tourism in the mechanism of community participation in poverty alleviation has the characteristics of the initiative,sharing,and supervision.The ways are double participation,the participation of the whole population,sports events.Sports consumption market,sports community,rural events,and affiliated influence interact with local residents,which is the main form of poverty alleviation.The ways to measure the effectiveness include endogenous evaluation(participation degree,participation ability,power mechanism);influence evaluation;poverty reduction effect evaluation;poverty reduction evaluation in Villagers' cognition.Secondly,2184 basic concepts are extracted from 3802 tags,46 concept genera are sorted out,which are condensed into 11 main categories and aggregated into a central meaning of "community participation in sports".That can be divided into four kinds of poverty reduction areas: "sports standard area,sports lateral area,tourism lateral area and lost area".The degree of participating indicates whether the community has the resources,conditions and,basis for the development of sports tourism.The energy represents the power for the poor community to develop sports tourism,including the ability of residents to participate,the ability of residents to identify sports tourism resources and supporting poverty alleviation system conditions.The willingness of supporting in the face of positive and negative impacts is largely determined the continuity of poverty alleviation,that is,the sustainable effect.Thirdly,the rural communities in China are rich in resources and have different styles in resourses selection;Like Forest,seaside,ice,snow,mountain,adventure tourism,and other forms.Sports ability and development ability are promoting each other,sports tourism could be described as an individual spiritual that gets out of the spirit poverty,which is a better means of "supporting the spirit".Village committee,school,and scenic spots have to transform sports resources,expanding the function,training folk athletes and transfering the management mode.At the same time,sports tourism could update the internal and external network relationship of non-governmental organizations.Fourthly,the basic element is the administrative function of sports management.Village committees,scenic spots and schools are the administrative agencies to promote the development;the core elements are the participation of sports and kinetic energy,which are two highly related variables,the spirit of "poor individuals" could be promoted by the core elements.Poverty reduction helps to improve the happiness of community residents;the interaction of the elements will expand scale of sports organization.Fifthly,the poverty alleviation effect is a social phenomenon with long-term influence.The sports tourism industry has a single form of integration,a simple supply chain,the low added value of related industries,and the sustainability of economic poverty alleviation has not been shown.The gap between rural culture and backward productivity can be narrowed by strengthening participation.Sports can increase the community's right to participate in tourism development,and sports organizations can improve social networks;community support willingness represents the community's sustainable initiative to get rid of poverty;mastering one or two sports skills can effectively improve the "sense of existence";compressing tourism space is conducive to the efficiency of production factor flow;multi-community linkage and special plan could orient such as stimulate the autonomy,expand the scale of poverty alleviation and improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation.For specific suggestions,enhancing the ability interaction between participation and community development.Promoting the transformation of individual exercise to community collective tourism activities,enhance the willingness of physical exercise and the ability of exercising,then to innovate the traditional projects with sports value and build the village group carrying folk resources;Then,to enhance the sustainability of poverty reduction.Standardizing the basic rights of fitness,enhancing the income and expanding the scale of sports organizations to promote the supply diversified,and to create public revenue opportunities,Using the long-term measures for distribution,which is to take into account the ecological benefits and to weigh the scope of community.The last is to increase the independent ability of community cooperate.Encouraging the coperation that stimulate community energy and competitions.In addition,it can also expand the area of poverty reduction.Outdoor sports skills and sports livelihood industry could be mobilized into the enthusiasm of community which is create the tourists atmosphere.This paper puts forward the theoretical framework of sports tourism,and tries to solve the practical problems among the deep-poverty areas.
