The Urban-rural Integration, As The Threshold Rural Community Building And Problem Research

Urban-rural integration is the important strategic plan to solute the issue of "three agriculture" and it is the new theory and the new practice of Chinese characteristic socialism. It has become the intrinsic demand and the inevitable trend of social development of our country.The construction of rural community relates to our country economy and the social development overall situation. In the future for a period of time, society's steady progression and city and countryside integration goal's final realization which have the close relation with the countryside community construction, especially, the underdeveloped rural community construction has bigger significance to realize the city and countryside economic society integration. Because the development of economic of underdeveloped rural community is slow, the funds of construction are scarce and the level of collective service is low, the community construction is facing many questions that need the theory research and the practice exploration.This thesis in accordance with raising a problem, analyze the problem and solve the problem", chooses a less developed region of the village——W village as the case, uses the way of case interview, Literature law and so on. By the research of community construction of W Village to find the problems in the process of community construction in the underdeveloped areas and offer some countermeasure and advice.In the process of underdeveloped rural community construction, compared with the experience of Kun Shan rural areas community construction.Besides the brief summary, this article has five parts. The first part is an introduction. It mainly introduces the reason for why I pose the question, the study significance, the method, the goal and the innovation of this thesis. The second part mainly limits the concepts which are involved in this thesis, and elaborates the theory of the rural community construction. The third part is mainly to describe the study of W village community. The fourth part is to analyze the questions that exist in the process of underdeveloped rural community construction according to the study of W village. In the fifth part, the author analyzes the way that the underdeveloped rural community construction can choose and put forward some countermeasure proposals.
