Mongolia has moved into the new Millennium with ten year’ s experience of social and economic reform and major concerns about the direction in which the economy is heading.The paper was researched the reform of the sport organization from planned economic to market economic transformation based on the political and government policies economic condition,and culture tradition of Mongolia.The Mongolia has a two big social and economic transformation.。Although Mongolia has existed for centuries as a distinct society,modern Mongolia can be traced to the year 1924,when independence and was achieved and a socialist "People’s Republic" founded.It’ s centrally planned economic system dates from the late 1930s.The ensuing decades witnessed a dramatic process of economic and social change,a strengthening of ties with the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR),and increasing industrial and mining activity facilitated by aid from that country.By 1990,like other former socialist countries,Mongolia began a process of transition towards a free-market economy.In this period of time Soviet Union and socialist system has gone.Mongolian social and economic reform,which started in 1990,has been focused on an open country,an open economic policy,the protection of the right of private property,privatization of social and economic sectors,and encouragement of competition aimed at building and developing a market economy。During this period Mongolian economy,which has been encouraged by that system,has arose many economic crisis and the aftereffects of that crisis has not been abolished.The drawbacks of Mongolian’ s central decision economy are serious,it directly affect to the sport development. As results of this restructure and lack of financial support from the government and restricted financial possibilities in the sport in this transition period the sport sector became one of the backward and neglected sectors in Mongolia.The paper researched the main problem of there and are lots of research task to solve flied including:re structure the current system based market economy needs.People have begun to understand the necessary of the sports activities and this understanding,in particular has significantly broadened the scope of interest in sport management including sports sponsorship,issues surrounding how images of athletes can be used and team marketing.The author analyzed the political,economic,social policies,which it was affect the sport development.Moreover,the author researched the National Festival which called "Naadam" as major object of the sport structure and development with modern sports organization in Mongolia.
