In this paper,the literature available through the law,logic analysis, interviews,analysis of typical cases,with China’s table tennis team to build organizational culture to study the theme.The use of management science,sociology,culture,psychology,sports training and other related disciplines theories to Chinese table tennis team to study the culture of power leads,through the organizational culture in China’s table tennis team building and management of the organization’s influence and status,as well as the organizational culture of the team system to explore such issues as the analysis.Management Science,Culture and aimed at from the perspective of chemical science and its systematic summary.In this paper,both the vertical force of culture in China,table tennis history of the development of the role of traceability,and inspection of horizontal field of vision in the context of globalization, China’s table tennis team of organizational culture in multi-cultural impact of sustainable development,to explore the organizational culture of the Chinese table tennis team system Construction.China’s table tennis team to build the organizational culture of the management system.The main conclusions:One,Chinese table tennis team’s organizational culture experienced by the group and individual,from one dollar and multifaceted process of transmutation,more and more prominence to its humanistic concern and the main sense of the return,and cultural force in China’s table tennis team driving force for sustainable development,organizational culture all members of the table tennis team with orientation,incentive and restraint,cohesion,coordination,assimilation,radiation,the role of innovation.Two,China’s table tennis team system,the contents of the organizational culture construct includes artifacts layer(table-tennis equipment and team amateur cultural activities),behavior layer(coaches conduct practice,models behavior,the team members of group behavior and mental outlook of the athletes to show),the spirit of layer(the common goal of the team,the team shared values and sportsmanship).Three,China’s table tennis team for the implementation of organizational culture is shaped through the organizational culture to achieve,and its channels,including the core values of patriotism and cultural incentive to create a learning organization for the purpose of the innovative culture in order to enhance their own quality coaches for the leadership of the fundamental cultural to continue to seek a breakthrough as the goal of cultural change to the collective team cohesion is the cornerstone of culture,in order to focus on personality development for the criteria in this culture.Four,China’s table tennis team organizational culture through the organization of internal and external organizations to build the organizational culture of communication networks to achieve a culture of communication,the spread of the organizational culture of the organization members to communicate universal values,as well as to shape a good social image of great significance.
