However, in the increasingly competitive today, facing the challenge of new rules and the situation of the world at China, China has to put forward from other aspects of winning strategy. The Chinese table tennis team of organizational culture is easily overlooked a key. Practice has proved, a team from excellent brilliant achievements of organizational culture. Similarly, excellent organizational culture is also the Chinese table tennis team of combative core.
