| This study is based on the freestyle skiing aerials theories and methods of physical training, experiment with first-team players of National Freestyle Skiing Aerials of physical training, Comprehensive use of literatureã€expert interviewã€testingã€logical analysis mathematical statistics research methods and do some research into the physical training of our high-level professional athletes put into practice. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The freestyle skiing aerials project characteristicsã€physical characteristicsã€the structure of technical movementã€muscles operating characteristics and personal feature of athletes is the main basis for physical training methods of our high-level freestyle skiing aerials athletes.(2) The arrangement for freestyle skiing aerials physical training of body burden with project characteristics and individual characters, possible arrangement for training load structures, to avoid the negative effects of training, in order to achieve and improve the timeliness and relevance of training.(3) Our high-level freestyle skiing aerials athletes physical training content includes strengthã€coordinationã€sensitivity flexibitityã€energy metabolism ability etc. Strength training is the main contents of physical training for aerials athletes. According to the relation of specialization, the strength of aerials athletes as a whole can be divided into two parts:The basis strength and technicality strength;According to the function of muscle strength, the strength of aerials athletes as a whole can be divided into two parts:The stability strength and dynamic strength;With the different parts of the body support to achieve the purpose of strength training, the aerials athlete’s strength training is divided into unstable status and stable status.
