Research Purposes:Through the monitoring and analyses of physiological and biochemical indicators during the 16-17 winter training for the National Team Freestyle Ski Aerials Men Athletes,to fully grasp the athlete's physical condition, the adaptation to the training load and the degree of sports fatigue,in order to provide scientific basis for making and adjusting the training plan during the winter training and also provides scientific support for the preparation of the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Games.Research Objects and Methods:We chose 6 professional men's athletes from National Team Freestyle Ski Aerials Project.During the 16-17 winter training session,we detected the athletes' indicators which included Creatine kinase(CK),Blood urea(BUN),Testosterone/Cortisol(T/C),brain electricity,Branched chain amino acids(BCAA),Free tryptophan(F-trp)and Critical fusion frequency(CFF)and also conducted subjective fatigue questionnaires. All indicators were tested using relevant kits and related equipment. The data were expressed as meanąstandard deviation and was processed with SPSS17.0 statistical software.it adapted the method of repeated measurement variance for statistical analysis. The difference was significant at p<0.05,and the difference was very significant at p<0.01.Research Results:1.Compared with the pre-cycle training,in the first cycle, the values of HR,BUN,and CK were increased significantly(p<0.05;p<0.01;p<0.01),and the values of CFF and ?% were decreased significantly(p<0.01;p<0.05);in the second cycle, the values of BUN and C were increased significantly(p<0.01),and the values of CFF were decreased significantly(p<0.05);in the third cycle, the values of CK were increased significantly(p<0.05),and the values of T and CFF were decreased significantly(p<0.05;p<0.01);in the fourth cycle, the values of CK and BUN were increased significantly(p<0.05),and there was no significant changes in other indicators.2.Compared with the first cycle, the values of CK,T,C,and T/C were decreased significantly(p<0.05);the values of Hb were increased significantly(p<0.05)in the second cycle, and values of BUN and T were decreased significantly(p<0.05)in the third cycle;the values ofT decreased significantly(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other indicators in the fourth cycle.3.Compared with the second cycle, the values of Hb increased significantly(p<0.01),the values of BUN and C decreased significantly(p<0.05)in the third cycle. The values of BUN and T decreased significantly(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other indicators in the fourth cycle.4.Compared with the third cycle, all indicators in the fourth cycle showed no significant differences.5.Longitudinal comparisons made for one athlete and found that: A certain's values of BUN and CK were increased in the first and third cycle, which exceeded the normal range, the hub was declined to moderate fatigue range in the first cycle;B certain's values of BUN were increased, but the T/C ratio was decreased 25% in the second cycle. The values of CK exceeded the positive range in the first, third, and fourth cycles. The values of C were increased in the first and second cycles, which exceeded the normal range.C certain's physical state and central nervous state were good during the entire training.D certain's values of BUN were increased in the second cycle, which exceeded the normal range;E certain's values of T/C and CFF were gradually decreased during the cycle of training, which dropped to the lowest value in the fourth cycle;F certain's values of BUN exceeded the normal range and the T/C value decreased to 25%in the second cycle. The values of CK exceeded the normal range in the third cycle. In the entire cycle, the ?/? value was slightly higher than the basic value.Research Conclusions:1.The whole team of athletes had a better load capacity throughout the training cycle, but the training intensity of the third cycle was higher, and the recovery ability of athletes was declined in the second and fourth cycle;the athletes experienced mild central fatigue during the entire training cycle. It showed that the training plan of the whole team is scientific and reasonable, which achieved the intended training purpose.2.The athletes showed individual differences in their adaptation to winter training.Among them,C certain had a good physical state and could adapt well to the winter training schedule. However,A,B,D,E,and F have experienced physical fatigue during different cycles of training.3.The critical fusion frequency can be used to conduct preliminary screening on the central nervous system of freestyle skiing aerials athletes during winter training, and brain electricity(?%,?/?)can be used to conduct fine assessments of fatigue characteristics;however, the athletes' ratio of ?/? was lower,it may be a feature of the project;the role of F-try/BCAA ratio in assessing freestyle ski aerials athletes is not yet certain.
