Research On The Industry Information Services Restructuring Of Business-oriented Innovation And Development

In the innovative country building facing the new century, the CPC Central Committee led by Secretary-general Hu Jintao clearly put forward the strategic mission to build China into an innovative country. Building an innovative country, not only proposed new requirements for the scientific community, industrial and agricultural sectors, but also proposed new subjects for the research of information management and service. Among these subjects, research of the information services recombination for enterprise innovation development is a very important issue faced by national information construction and enterprise innovation development. On this topic, based on author’s work of China National Social Science major project, Ministry of Education major project directed by author’s tutor and National Social Science Youth project the author mainly responsible for, the author made theory, system, method and implementation studies focus on the issue of industry information services recombination facing the enterprise innovation development, got a series of research results.This doctoral dissertation focused on the research of industry information services system reform and institution reconstruction in the environment of international economic integration, national innovation development and industry informatization, implementing the enterprise user-oriented industry information services business reengineering and integration in the cross-system platform construction; and further improving the theoretical results by empirical study, spreading the application in system implementation.The breakthroughs of this study are as follows:firstly, the author made an innovation development information demands analysis on enterprises built an industry information services recombination demand model. Because of the differences between industries and home and abroad environment, it required an in-depth analysis to construction industry information services recombination framework; secondly, in order to solve the problems of information resources heterogeneous distribution in the industry information resources recombination configuration and enterprises information systems heterogeneous architecture, it required heterogeneous systems-based information resource integration for industry information services platform after recombined and synchronism of technology development; thirdly, will inevitably involve implementation, management and socialization promotion of industry information services recombination. This study focused on the research of institutional reform, system reconstruction and strategies implementation, need through empirical research and cases in practice, verified clearly its application. It means that the selected topic and research of this doctoral dissertation is a big challenge for the author. The author have got lots of help by internal/ external experts and state/local information departments in many aspects, which is the important guarantee for the author to complete this dissertation.The full text has been divided into ten parts. Apart from introduction and conclusion, the main body is divided into eight chapters. Its logical structure is as follows:from the industry information services demand analysis of enterprise innovation development, based on the comparison and law summary between home and abroad, the dissertation explored development mechanism of industry information services institutional reform and system reconstruction, focused on the problems of resources management, technology promotion, services coordination and platform construction in the industry information services recombination, making a research of recombination strategys and implementation; based on the implementation of industry information services recombination and combined with case analysis, the dissertation proposed implementation countermeasure and a evaluation model of China industry information services recombination. The initial applications of some research results, a practical program has been formed in the industry information integration service business organization.In the research process, in addition to summarizing own results, the author also cited some home and abroad related literatures and some research teams’ results, acknowledge the assistance offered by all of them.
