Along with the income gap of residents in our country’s widening, the government and the society populace regarding problems in income distribution attention also rising, even such as reform of the income distribution system and salary system reform the words have became the focus of streets and lanes hot debate topics, but we found that there are two quite important questions still not getting good answer. The first question is the pros and cons evaluation of income gap of residents in our country, or income gap of residents in our country on earth is harmful or good? both the government and the social public or domestic and foreign scholars are moral-all, however. The second question is if income gap of residents in our country is harmful, how should we "reverse income gap of residents growing trend"? This is the topic which the government and people are very concerned about, but also the hot issue of academic research, unfortunately, policy measures put forward by the existing research are mostly talk in generalities or just a simply reprint of the government policy implementing, all the theoretical and practical value are limited. For the study of the above two core questions, we first explored the history of the income gap of residents in our country and discussed the characteristics of that, we found that income gap of residents in our country has distinct phase change of fluctuating characters, and the found of gradual characteristic pull the prelude of our research. After the review of history changes of the income gap of residents in our country, we used the ARIMA model to forecast the future trend of the income gap of residents in our country, our projection showed that the income gap of residents in our country will remain a weak dish litres of state in future years in accordance with its spontaneous change trend. After these preparations were made, for further research on the first core question, we designed a more comprehensive evaluation analytical framework , in this framework, we studied separately the relationship between the income gap of residents in our country and economic growth, social stability and economic efficiency also. While we studied the relationship between the income gap of residents in our country and economic growth, we studied its gradual characteristic and regional characteristics also, and we found the critical condition where the relationship will change from positive go negative. These studies have obvious innovation means, because we haven’t found similar analysis in existing research. For the study of the above problems, we used in succession such as panel cointegration model, time series cointegration model and random-effects panel model modern measurement analysis method and so on, this is an important characteristic of this study also.In the above three aspects of the study, we found that: although the income gap of residents in our country in general is conducive to economic growth, but more because "glide"’s sake, in fact since 2001, the income gap of residents in our country have begun to hinder economic growth; the income gap of residents in our country is the most important factors which has caused potential social instability; the income gap of residents has seriously affected the ascension of economic efficiency. Comprehensive the above research conclusion, we thought that it is imperative to adjust the income gap of residents. To ensure the preciseness of research, here we joined a discussion of the change mechanism of the income gap of residents, thinning problem is that whether the income gap of residents in our country can realize the spontaneous narrowing, after got negative answer, we focused on the issue that the government should how to manage the income gap of residents. But to tell our government how to "reverse income gap of residents growing trend" resorting to the discussion of factors which influenced the income gap of residents in our country. For more in-depth study what factors have affected the income gap of residents in our country, different from existing research, we designed a new“decomposition-summary”analytical framework , in this framework, we decomposed the national income gap of residents into rural residents’income gap, urban residents’income gap and the income gap between urban and rural residents, meanwhile we introduced our exclusive research method——the method of growth rate time series. Innovative research framework and innovative research methods helped us found a lot of problems which existing research had not found, and it laid solid foundation for us to present more pertinent and effective policy measures which can manage the income gap of residents. Thanks to the deep research of the factors which have influenced the income gap of residents, we have proposed series of policy measures which can reduce the income gap of residents in our country, including political and social system reform, reform of the income distribution system and urbanization and promote the Labour free flowing, reform of urban-rural household registration system, promote the education fair, etc.In the above study, we integrated use of the theoretical and empirical economic analysis research method, on a limited number of issues, we have made contribution to the further development of relevant theory, in particular, we put forward two analytical framework will promote the study of existing meaning, at the same time, some small innovations and discoveries are also being studied in this paper scattered everywhere, for these major innovations and fragmentary preface that we have a more complete summary, no further explanation. In this paper, some of the flaws and shortcomings we have summarized and placed in the preface, readers can see the detail.
