Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve income gap, the first is to promote the rapid economic development, especially to speed up the development speed of the economic backward areas; Secondly, we should improve the farmers' income and the worker's wages, build low-income mutual cooperation organization of economic, to increase the income of low-income earners; Also by increasing employment, increasing social security efforts, and to reduce corruption to make up for the defect, efforts to narrow market, the income gap between residents finally establish the fair and reasonable income distribution system.
