Along with economic society development, income gap problem has been more and more serious, and which has led to various contradictions began showing, impacting's economic and social development. Although belongs to eastern coastal open in hebei province, but the economic strength is one of the gap with other eastern provinces. In recent years the income gap of residents in hebei province start highlight , And the income gap has gradually widened trend.This paper first analyzes the source of hebei residents'income and the composition of hebei province, then between urban and rural residents of rural residents, and urban residents in different areas and internal residents and between different industries of the employees of the income gap were analyzed in detail. Through the analysis,we can found that caused the income gap of residents in hebei province produced and enlargement of the reasons are both economy system, economic policy and legal system and other external factors and population structure, industrial structure, wages and historical geography condition and other inherent factor. Income disparity expand already on the economic development, consumption level and social stability caused adverse impact. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve income gap, the first is to promote the rapid economic development, especially to speed up the development speed of the economic backward areas; Secondly, we should improve the farmers' income and the worker's wages, build low-income mutual cooperation organization of economic, to increase the income of low-income earners; Also by increasing employment, increasing social security efforts, and to reduce corruption to make up for the defect, efforts to narrow market, the income gap between residents finally establish the fair and reasonable income distribution system.
