Comprehensive Evaluation And Operational Management Research Of Post Trade Operations

In the paper,the operation of the postal sector analysis and development strategy have been studied. This research was presented in four main categories:(1) The quantitative research on the relationship of postal industry and the economic growth is relatively small. At first, the paper from the perspective of Empirical Analysis, defined the two concept of contribution rate and pulling degree, and use them to measurable the postal industry’s effects on economic growth; Then analyzed the quantity relationship of postal industry and the economic growth by statistical methods; Finally, measure the postal industry contributes to economic growth degree.(2) Analysis the problem of evaluation mainly using the performance index. Firstly design a collection, which especially about the NingXia post company, according to field survey and questionnaire; secondly conform the performance index and the new collection, conceive the satisfied collection; thirdly evaluate the NingXia post company and give propose which sustain the company exuberance developmen(3) According to the difference of the evaluated object gain in different phases, the paper proposes a method of dynamic comprehensive evaluation based on the gain level inspiriting. Firstly, depending on the information in the stereoscopic data table of time order, the merit gain level of the evaluated objects is got. Then, the merit inventive points of the evaluated objects at different time can be obtained through the anti-pushed form. Furthermore, the merit inventive factors can be determined by citing the rules, and the value of dynamic comprehensive evaluation are able to be got, then arrange it.The dynamic development level of evaluated objects is considered fully by adopting to this method.Moreover, this method has a stimulating and guiding role in this development. Finally, a numerical example was given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.(4) Although it is an effctive method for combination evaluation to solve the inconsistency from different evaluation conlcusions, dfferent results will still be caused when adopting different combination evaluation methods, and this is a new inconsistency. On the basis of introducing the definition of valudity and four assumptions, the paper shows an idea comparing different combination evaluation methods’validity through an example, and provides a way to solve the new inconsistency mentioned above.(5) The paper aims at holding a research on this new operation management of mailing enterprise in the infant period of system reform, attempting to discuss an operation mode meeting the situation of China and basing on the development of globalization; mailing service, as a special service enterprise, has its own operation mode framework, with the reference of this and the combination of the reform experience in Ningxia mailing service company, this paper, starting form the three aspects of strategic choice, business operation and client service management, looks at the current situation and development of mailing service in Northwest area of China.Finally, the paper made a conclusion on research, and also presented further orientation of future research.
