| Since the 1980s, as economic globalization, a number of technical cross-penetration, and industry and enterprises border line has become increasingly blurred, enterprises operating environment is turning into the dynamic environment full of greater complexity and uncertainty than the former comparatively stable and static environment. This objectively requires enterprises to seek the dynamic adaptability between the environment and self advantages, seek new advantages based on knowledge and capabilities, maintain the flexibility to fit the environment, survive and develop in this volatile environment.The paper primarily includes the following contents. First, the paper introduces the research backgrounds of enterprises'dynamic capability both abroad and domestically, which lays the academic foundations for the establishment of dynamic capability evaluation system. Second, it analyzes the influential factors of dynamic capability. Third, this paper establishes dynamic capabilities evaluation system and business performance evaluation system. Finally, the paper empirically analyzes the relationship between dynamic capability (inner factors included) and business performance.Based on the systematic analysis and conclusions about the enterprises' dynamic capabilities, this paper includes the following innovations. First, on basis of research results both domestic and overseas, the paper gives a systematic analysis and summarizations for the concept of dynamic capability and business performance. Second, it establishes evaluation systems for both dynamic capability and business performance which are suitable to Chinese enterprises. Third, by using the evaluation systems, the paper makes an empirical research on the relationship between dynamic capability and business performance. By doing so, this paper generates conclusions that the core business location, industry, systems, size and life cycle all have significant impacts on the company's dynamic capability. |
