| With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises and industries are looking for new development patterns one after another. In11th Five-Year Plan, Changjitu Project was implemented. It promoted to realize complementary resources advantage, rational division of industry, collaborative infrastructure construction, and harmonious development of regional economy. It especially puts forward the new idea of the convergence of two pillar industries, Petrochina Jilin Petrochemical Company and Changchun First Automobile Works, to promote the economic development.In August2010, People’s Government of Jilin Province promulgated "Jilin Province People’s Government’s Policies and Measures on Accelerating the Cooperative Development of the Province’s Automobile Industry and Petrochemical Industry". From areas of establishment of special funds, matching and cooperative strategy, overall planning of talent training, and joint research and development of material resources and technology, it put forward measures and proposals of cooperative development of Jilin province’s automobile industry and petrochemical industry.Facing fierce market competition environment, enterprises must improve comprehensive competitiveness. The era of individual combat is past; match and convergence between industries become the new way for enterprises to develop. Industrial convergence is a new trend of economic development. This paper, through the industrial convergence research status at home and abroad and through the analysis of the necessity of the convergence of two pillar industries, Petrochina Jilin Petrochemical Company and Changchun First Automobile Works, finds out two major existing problems in achieving the convergence of two pillar industries. This paper uses input-output analysis and grey correlation analysis method to establish mathematical model, and finally sets up the convergence system of Jilin petrochemical industry and automobile industry. |
