Study On The Regional Intellectual Capital Synergistic Innovation Mechanism Based On The Triple Helix Theory

With the development of economic globalization, China’s labor cost rises ceaselessly,resource gradually disappeared, the mode of economic development to over-reliance oncheap labor and high pollution, high energy consumption, high input is difficult to continue,it has become a consensus to through independent innovation to promote industrialupgrading and transition of the mode of economic development, developing strategicemerging industry is an important way to maintain our country sustained and rapid economicdevelopment and improving the international competitiveness. In the economic and socialbackground, the research of regional innovation system becomes the focus in the academiccircles.At present the research of regional innovation system mainly starts from two aspects, one isfocus on regional innovation main body, such as the university, enterprise or government;another is on the overall evaluation of regional innovation system. Although the former havea more in-depth understanding about a innovation main body’s innovative efficiency andinfluencing factors, but it separates the immanent connection of the regional innovationsystem; the latter seems the regional innovation system as a" black box", and is to study theinput-output efficiency. The two direction have no depth analysis on the regional innovationsystem ’s internal operation mechanism, and can unlock the mystery of the "black box ".Considering innovation main body’s innovational behavior has a cross, from subjectperspective to study regional innovation system is difficult to clearly define that the output ofinnovation is from which a specific innovation input, not to in-depth analysis of theinnovation sourcer, therefore this paper from the regional intellectual capital perspective tostudy the regional innovation system. From the view of system theory, the internalsubsystems of regional innovation system inevitable connection each other, and thisconnection has important influence on the regional innovation system. It is particularlyimportant to understand the internal operation mechanism of regional innovation system thatclearly describe and calculate the interaction between the subsystems and the impact on theregional innovation ability and regional economic development, thos is also the focus of thisthesis. In the light of the Triple Helix theory and the Synergistic theory, this paper constructsthe Regional Intellectual Capital Triple Helix Synergistic Innovation Model. This model undertake an analysis to this problem from two respects of theory and demonstration.Regional intellectual capital is the intangible resources with the function of creating value,and can create current and future wealth for the regiona. From the perspective of regionalintellectual capital to study the regional innovation system is less, it is the key to scientificmeasurement of regional intellectual capital for quantitative research the effect of regionalintellectual capital on regional innovation ability. But at present how to quantitativeevaluation of regional intellectual capital has not yet formed a unified understanding. First ofall, based on the domestic and foreign scholar ’s research foundation, this paper constructsthe regional intellectual capital evaluation system, as the empirical research starting point.Secondly, to study synergy degree of the three dimensions of the regional intellectual capitalquantitatively, transplantate the synergy degree calculation method of synergy theory intoregional intellectual capital, use it to calculate the synergy degree of the three dimensions ofthe regional intellectual capital and between three dimensions. That is to lay the foundationfor the empirical research to the Regional Intellectual Capital Triple Helix SynergisticInnovation Model. Finally, the paper gives policy recommendations based on empirical studyresults of the model.The study method of this paper concludes literature method, combination of quantitative andqualitative method, system analysis method, empirical and normative research method etc..The specific method of empirical study have principal component analysis, path analysis,multiple regression, ADF inspection etc. In the process of the empirical study, using the dualstandard of space plus time to examine the scientific and practical model. The empiricalresults confirmed that the Regional Intellectual Capital Triple Helix Synergistic InnovationModel has higher explanatory power to regional innovation ability and development ofregional economyThe structure of this paper consists of seven chapters. The first chapter, is mainly on theresearch background, research significance, research methods and research route overview.The second chapter and the third chapter is about the related theory and research and is thebasis of the Regional Intellectual Capital Triple Helix Synergistic Innovation Model. Thefourth, fifth and sixth chapter focuse on the empirical study to the model. The seventhchapter is the conclusion and policy recommendations, and pointes out the future researchdirection.
