A Cluster Analysis On The Capability Of Regional Innovation In Anhui Based On The Triple Helix

In the context of "Internet +",the elements of knowledge,technology and information have gradually become the core resources for promoting regional economic development.How to improve the ability of regional innovation is not only an important issue for scholars today,but also a key factor for the region to gain competitive advantage and thus determine the level of regional economic and social development.At present,most researches evaluation of regional innovation capability is based on the national or developed regional level,and there are relatively few studies on the respective other regional levels.Although the economic base in Anhui Province is relatively weak and the level of regional innovation needs to be further improved,focusing on the overall goal of building "three strong provinces",in-depth implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,continuously deepening the reform of the science and technology system,and support the transformation and development,establish the status of a major emerging industrial province has basically been established,which can serve as a reference for the development of other undeveloped regions in the central and western regions.At the same time,with the rapid development of knowledge-based economy,the cooperation among universities,enterprises and government has become one of the main ways to promote economic development and promote technological innovation of enterprises,and it is also the most effective way to translate knowledge into benefits.Based on the basic theories of triple helix,national innovation system,regional innovation ability and other related theories,to carry out some tentative and exploratory research on the regional innovation capability of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province in order to promote the sustainable development of region.On the basis of combing and summarizing the existing literatures at home and abroad,this paper first analyzes and discusses the triple helix theory of university,industry,government innovation main body and its functions.Secondly,we make an overview of the development and connotation of the regional innovation system,at the same time,based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the evaluation methods and index selection of the evaluation of regional innovation ability,innovative ability evaluation system to analyze the actual development of cities and counties in Anhui Province in recent years.In this paper,factor analysis is used to evaluate and analyze the capacity of regional innovation and development in each city of Anhui Province from 2010 to 2016,and analyzes the innovation ability of the region according to the comprehensive scores of common factors of each city,and uses cluster analysis to analyze and analyze the differences,differences in the ability to innovate and their potential for development at different times between cities and the same city.Finally,from the perspective of the synergetic complex system,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the relevant subsystems are measured,and the interaction degree between the various subsystems in the regional innovation system is analyzed.Finally,according to the empirical results of the differences and spatial distribution of regional innovation capabilities in Anhui Province,this paper puts forward to some countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems of regional innovation capacity in cities and counties in Anhui Province,with a view to providing value guidance and theoretical for further promoting the innovation strength of cities in Anhui Province.
