Starts from the cross-cultural management problems encountered by Chineseenterprises in the process of internationalization in recent years, the dissertationproposes the sources of conflict, adaptation and cooperation of cross-culturalmanagement, and the process building and approach design,provides an importantbasis methodology for cross-cultural management researches. From the internalmechanism of cross-cultural management, the paper establishes a quantitative conflictassessment model of cross-cultural management of internationalizing Chineseenterprises. By using this model, the paper evaluates the extent of the culturalconflicts, and then proposes on the basis the strategies to resolve the cultural conflicts.The paper establishes an adaptive model of cross-cultural management, proposes theevolution models of cross-cultural management, the whole process from the behaviorunderstanding to cultural symbiosis, and then from cultural symbiosis to culturalintegration. The paper analysis the main influent factors and evolution process ofcross-cultural management of internationalizing Chinese enterprises, then analysiscross-cultural cooperation stability from the cooperative game perspective andestablishes a game model of cultural cooperation stability. Based on structuralequation method, the paper sets up a SEM model, calculates and analyses the result ofsurvey data, then puts forward the practical paths of cultural integration incross-management of internalizing Chinese enterprises.Firstly, the paper describes the research backgrounds, realistic significance,technical lines, and research methods, sets forth the innovation points.Secondly, the paper analyses the basic theory required for the study, reviews andcomments the current relevant literatures home and abroad of cross-culturalmanagement and internationalizing Chinese enterprises.Thirdly, the paper analyses the characteristics of cross-cultural management ofinternationalizing Chinese enterprises, analysis further the main influent factors ofcross-cultural management, finds out cross-cultural management problems on theprocess of internationalization of Chinese enterprises.Fourth, the paper analyses the contents and characteristics of cultural conflicts ofcross-cultural management of internationalizing Chinese enterprises, the root causesof cultural conflicts in cross-cultural management, builds an assessment model of cultural conflicts of cross-cultural management for internationalizing Chineseenterprises.Fifth, the contents of cultural adaptation, the main influent factors culturaladaptation, and the adaptive processes of cross-cultural management are analyzed; thepaper then builds a basic adaptive framework and adaptive model.Sixth, the paper analyses the reasons of cultural cooperation, mode ofcooperation in cross-cultural management, analysis cross-cultural cooperationstability on the cooperative game perspective and establishes a game model of culturalcooperation stability.Seventh, based on structural equation method, the paper sets up a SEM modelwith Zhongyuan Oil Field as an example, calculates and analyses the result of surveydata, then puts forward the practical paths of cross-cultural integration ofinternationalizing Chinese enterprises.Finally, the paper highlights the major works performed with cross-culturalmanagement of the internationalizing Chinese enterprises and outlooks for the futuredirections of study.
