As the economy goes into the stage of "new normal", China is becoming a foreign investor country in the world, more and more Chinese companies are seeking opportunities for development worldwide. During the process of international operation, the enterprise must cooperate with people such as employees, customers, suppliers who have different cultural backgrounds. People with different cultural background will have different value orientation and will behave in different way. If enterprises can’t cany on an appropriate management on the culture conflicts caused by the culture differences between home country and host country, then it will lead to the failure of enterprises’internationalization.Chinese enterprises, on the one hand, are now in urgent need of internationalization, on the other hand, many of them ended in failure as a result of improper cross-cultural management. So during international operation, therefore, how to choose appropriate cross-cultural management strategy to correctly understand cultural differences and deal with cultural conflicts, let enterprises get resources from international platform as well as get cultural respect of host country, has been a key point for Chinese enterprises when they are "going out"As it lacks practical experience discussing only from general theory, this paper will discuss from the perspective of enterprises’strategic level and hold the opinion that when operating internationally, there are different entry modes and different competitive strategies provided for enterprises, each one may correspond with different cross-cultural management strategy. This paper will do the matching study among entry modes, competitive strategies and cross-cultural management strategies, then according to the discussion, it will analyze Chinese enterprises’specific circumstances and give suggestions to help them better "going out".
