Methods Of Rural Land Transfer In The Ditch Domain Economic Development Process

Beijing ditch domain economy is a new industrial organization form which put domain tourist attractions, cultural village, sightseeing park and characteristic agricultural products together. Along with the development of economic ditch domain and huge land demand, the current land use status already cannot satisfy the needs of the land. This article puts forward the land performance evaluation index system based on the analysis of construction land transfer and agricultural land transfer in Beijing ditch domain economy. And with two land circulation project of Longjiazhuang village in Beijing mentougou district of MiaoFengShan rose valley ditch domain as an example, the author proposes the countermeasures and proposals to promote the safeguard mechanism of land transfer based on the comprehensive analysis of the theory of property rights.
