| Integration of regional agricultural industrial chain may promote close cooperation of various links on the agricultural industrial chain, further lower the transaction costs to conquer adverse factors affecting transaction efficiencies and facilitate flow of production elements in a wider range. It is observed that the integration of regional agricultural industrial chain is a general trend. Based on increasing practices on construction and development of agricultural industrial chains presently and starting from researches on current industrial chains and agricultural industrial chains, this paper first sorts out the conceptions of agricultural industrial chains; makes respective analysis on basic theories involved in integration of regional agricultural industrial chains. This lays foundations for further researches on integration of regional agricultural industrial chains and clarifies the contents, main barriers and reality basis for the integration of regional agricultural industrial chains. Based on preliminary investigations and researches, this paper analyzes the formation modes, evolvement paths of the regional agricultural industrial chain; constructs the frameworks and modes of industrial chain integration as well as the combination modes of the organization bodies; defines and clarified the functions of government in the industrial chain integration; establishes an indicator system for performance evaluation of the integration of regional agricultural industrial chains; and makes judgments on the performance of integration by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Trust cooperation mechanism, interest distribution mechanism as well as communication and coordination mechanism is the three most basic operation mechanism in the integration of regional agricultural industrial chains. This paper makes case study on the agricultural chains formed in the course of agricultural cooperation in Beijing and Chengde. |
