Study On Chain Integration Path Of Agricultural Industrial Cluster In Yunnan Province

National economic growth is inseparable from the development of agriculture.China is a large agricultural country, problems about agriculture, ruralareas and peasantry is still a bottleneck restricting China’s economic development.The experiences of developed countries and some regions of our country has proved the agricultural industry cluster is not only the basic direction of the development of modern agriculture,but also an effective way to bigger and stronger agriculture industry.From the present policies of our country, the agriculture industry and clusters are more and more increasing valued.As a major agricultural province of Yunnan Province,it is very important and meaningful to study agricultural industry cluster for the development of the agricultural industry in Yunnan.Especially in the critical period of the current economic restructuring,it is necessary to ensure food production and the realization of farmers’income, which requires us to develop agriculture industry clusters on the basis of the development of the agricultural industry, and promote the integration of the agricultural industry chain.This article take the method of literature, theoretical and empirical analysis, and combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,using of the knowledge of industrial economics, regional economics, new institutional economics,to analyze Agricultural Industrial Cluster Development in Yunnan. On the basis of Michael Porter’s "Diamond Model", we conduct our research from the angles of production factor conditions, demand conditions,related industries and support industry performance,business strategy,structure and competition, opportunities and government; This article choose location quotient as an indicator of the degree of specialization in Yunnan agriculture industrial cluster measure,and analyze the current situation of Yunnan Agricultural Industrialization from the three aspects,in which include the survey of the entire province,the surveys of Farming, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, and Fishery and the survey of different districts from a regional perspective;And proposed major problems of industrial clusters development of Yunnan Agriculture,including the lack of economic driving ability from leading enterprises, the imperfectness of rural finance system,the defects of market system development, lack of agricultural industry chain extension,lack of regional linkage in agriculture industrial development and the poor ability to resist risks threats;Put forward integrate ideas of Yunnan Agricultural Industry Chain on the basis of currently typical agricultural industry cluster development models, which include the type of direct transaction in bazaars,the type of wholesale professional market,the type of farmers ’cooperative organization,the type of enterprises & farmers, etc.The whole idea of Yunnan Agricultural industry cluster binding chain integration is to promote intensive farming——improving agricultural organizations in the form of industrialization, encouraging diversification benefit mechanism, vigorously fosterring and supporting leading enterprises, actively building production bases, the implementation of Technology Agriculture strategy, using technology to support the development of agricultural industrialization.On the other hand, the whole idea of chain elongation is to promote the integration of industry linkage——developping agro-industry,lengthening agricultural production chain, establishing and improving the rural market system,exploring the diversification of agricultural investment mechanism.All in all, the development of agricultural industry cluster is the only way to achieve agricultural modernization. In order to achieve agricultural modernization, require the joint efforts of all aspects, to jointly promote the healthy and harmonious development of Yunnan Agricultural Industrial Cluster.
