Research On Countermeasures Of The Development Of Conservation-oriented Service Industry In Wuhan City Circle

With the globalization and informationization of economy, China’s industrial structure presents significant transformation from "industry-oriented economy" to "service-oriented economy", and our economic growth mode transforms from "extensive mode" to "intensive mode" under the condition of rapid growth of service industry, which makes the service industry an important part of economic growth. However, at the expense of heavy consuming of the existing resources, the service industry is apparently unable to realize the rational and economical consumption of resources, as well as coordinating the contradiction between the improvement of ecological environment and the sustained growth of service industry.Since the development of service industry faces not only the pressure and challenges from resources but also from ecological environment, so it is imperative to develop conservation-oriented service industry.The document, the CPC Central Committee’s Proposal on Formulating the12th Five-year Program on National Economic and Social Development, urges to put the energy-efficient and environmentally friendly society as the important points to accelerate the transformation of economic growth pattern, and enforce the basic state policy about resource-saving and environment-protecting, as well as develop a circular economy and advance by sustainable development. Wuhan City Circle, as the reform area of "two-oriented society", has the right to advance first.Therefore, to develop the conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan City Circle, is not only the important way to make the "two-oriented society" a real, but also the guarantee of sustainable development and the inevitable choice of competition enhance, as well as the necessity during the development of economy and society.This dissertation primary studies the development problem of conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan City Circle, and theoretically guides the sustainable development of conservation-oriented service industry in China. Therefore, it makes a point in reality.Following the main logic of the research status of conservation-oriented service industry at home and abroad, its theoretical basis, its basic theories (including the definition of concept, the description of features, the discussion of principle, the research of classification and the exploration of mode, etc.) to the necessity and existing problems, the influence factors and the operation mechanism, the evaluation index system and the development planning, he development areas and countermeasures of the development of conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan City Circle, this dissertation, comprehensively using the normative and empirical analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, makes a deep and systematic research on conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan City Circle from perspective of circular economy, ecological economy and sustainable development.The dissertation mainly defines the concept of conservation-oriented service industry, studies its categories, and puts forward the goal and ideas of its development. Meanwhile, according to the present situation, the existing problems and the influence factors of the development of conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan City Circle, it constructs the evaluation index system, explores its developping direction, and demonstrates the key areas and development measures during its development. The dissertation concretes frame as follows:Chapter1, firstly, introduces the purpose, the significance and the methods. Then it decides the frameworks of the dissertation by comprehensively reviewing the related literature at home and abroad.Chapter2introduces some theory related to the study on conservation-oriented service industry, including the circular theory, the sustainable development theory and the ecological economics theory, so as to provide the basis of its theoretical study. Then it defines its concept by innovative ways, clears its basic characteristics and principle, makes a study and sums up its range and classification, puts forward its development mode, goals and ideas,and finally points out the necessity and existing problems of its development.Chapter3explores the content and classification of the conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan City Circle, and then analyzes its development achievements and existing problems, so as to clear its urgency and necessity.Chapter4puts forward the model and constructs its operational mechanism, by analyzing the influence factors during the development of conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan City Circle.Chapter5constructs its index system By analyzing and describing each index influencing the development level of conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan City Circle. At the same time, utilizing the factor analysis--the R-mode and SPSS18.0, it analyzes and evaluates each indexof its economy subsystem, social subsystem, resource subsystem and environment subsystem. At last, it concludes the synthetically evaluation result.Chapter6according to the present situation of the development of conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan City Circle, not only proposes its orientation and its comprehensive and detailed object, but also its whole plan and key fields, as well as the measures which can be employed for all fields to develop.Chapter7summarizes the full dissertation and looks forward to the study.
