Study On The Development Model Of Japanese Service-Oriented Economic Structure

As a developing country, Chinese national economic structure have based on agriculture for a long time. Since the Reform and Opening Up, the rate of industrialization development is actually accelerating, and we have entered the middle stage of industrialization at present. However , we have a lower level of GDP compare with developed countries. Nowadays,GDP structure form in the developed countries is 3:2:1, the tertiary industry occupide maximum ratio. While china's GDP structure form is 2:3:1, secondary industry ranked first. According to the standard of modem economic society, we have such a problem that proportion of primary industry is too high, while tertiary industry's is too low. The Structure Level of our service industry itself is actually low, such as the proportion of traditional service industry is high and proportion of modern service industry is low, especially the proportion of producer service industry is extremely low, it hinder our economic development badly. Therefor, the 17th national congress of the communist party of China proposed to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development and promote upgrading of the industrial structure, develop the modern service industry and raise the level of the service sector and its share in the economy. The state council sending a letter of formal notice 'Some Opinions on raise the level of the service sector', emphasizes that take develop the modern service industry as a significant and longterm strategic task.As a nearest development country to china, japan's history of modernized society is not very long. Set up from an agricultural country to a new industrial and service industry leader country in a few decade years after the World Word II. Japanese government foster and promote their service industry based on market-oriented economic growth model. It is important to the development of whole service industry efficiency and quality, which is worth learning from to us.This paper using research idears of integrate theory with practice and the methods of theoretical generalization, empirical studies and comparative analysis. At first, we make theoretical investigation, discussion some relevant concepts about the development of service industry as well as the importance and necessity of transformating the mode of economic development. Secondly, we empirical studied the process, causes, characteristics, tendency and main academic schools of the development of japanese service-oriented economy. After that we summarized japanese economic service as a development pattern with characteristics of market-oriented, government support, information densely and city cluster, which is a fist summarize in china. At last, based on the result of theoretical and empirical research, we anatomize the present situation and development trends of Chinese service industry. Based on all of that, this paper presents some countermeasures and suggestions about the development of Chinese service industry, especially has reference value for service industrial modality innovation, namely the development of Producing service Industry, public service industry and service outsourcing.
