Firstly, the scale of China agriculture exports of which, the total trade amounted from18.20billionAUS in2002to60.75billion AUS in2011increasing by1.7folds, continues to expand, and China hasbecome the fifth country for the agriculture products trade throughout the world. In spite of that; theproportion of agricultural exports from China to the world total hesitates at4%still, especially lowtechnology to agricultural products, few independent brand, and more work needed to advance the productsquality still remain. Although the situation of agriculture in China is developing rather well, whichdemonstrates on the aspects of agricultural water conservancy, communications and other infrastructureprojects, construction of rural communities, the large-scale management of agricultural production、application of modern farm machines and agricultural technology、better agricultural socialization andorganization, compared with developed countries, problems still exist in the mode of production whichrelies on peasant households as main force, and the form of agriculture still belongs to the traditionalextensive type with small-scaleproduction; moreover, backwardness of agricultural implements and ruralcommunity infrastructure, low levels of agricultural science, technology, low agricultural socialization andorganization are also the disadvantages. Furthermore, the environmental degradation and the drop ofquality on agricultural production are risen by the usage of pesticides in China which is given the title “thefirst major nation internationally to produce pesticide”. Therefore, on the present status of pesticidesresidue, the subject on the problem pressed for solution how to adjust and optimize the mode of Chinaagricultural exports production is instructive.Secondly, this report, above all, mainly from the views of and pesticides residue and thetransformation of production mode of export agricultural products from China, analyzes the following fouraspects in a multi-angle, multi-level and multi-dimensional manner: the effects of pesticides residues, theinfluences on quality safety of agricultural production arisen by the rural households’ behaviors ofpesticides utilization, factors determing the farmers’ use of pesticides,The relationships among the plantscale, the comparative income of agricultural production and the farmers’ behaviors of pesticidesapplication,And then using the theories including western economics, agricultural sustainable developmentagricultural economics, peasant households behaviors, establishment of agricultural development stage, development of technology, and reformation of agriculture development manners that is based onreconstruction and reform of traditional agriculture principles, after the analysis of nowadays status ofagricultural exports production mode and pesticides residue, the paper points out, notwithstanding theimprovement on agricultural exports production mode from China, the problems and consequencesrelatively led by are still very serious, especially the growing attention on the food safety with thedevelopment of economy, the adjustment to the reform of China agricultural exports production mode isinevitable and necessary. Subsequently, through the construal on partial least-squares regression multiplevariables regression、the multivariate logistic regression analysis of factors determing the farmers’ use ofpesticides and the positive analysis of Cobb-Douglas production function, the paper presents the factorsstated above and the optimal disposition reached by the transfers of plant land.Thirdly, with the aid of related successful experiences from Japan and United States, proceed fromChina’s actual conditions, on three-levels: peasant households, agricultural production operators andgovernment, the report puts forth the countermeasure framework to optimize the production mode ofagricultural exports from China. Finally, founded on the economic analysis of pesticides residue and reform of production mode ofagricultural expor ts from China, the novelty of this paper is to build the academic mathematic analysis framework to verify the inner relationship between pesticides residue, reform of production mode ofagricultural exports and the following influence factors: farm households’ cognition of pesticides residues, spraying poison behaviors, transfers of land and other, and based on the above analysis, the conclusion thatthe optimization of agricultural exports production mode have an effect on pesticides residues degradationand optimized path on three-levels: peasant households, agricultural production operators and governmentare given.
