The second part of the article investigate the the present situation of Chinese herbal medicine import and export trade of Henan province in China in nearly five years, and we can see that Henan province is the big Province planted herbs, but the exports is relatively few,the export varieties is also relatively single and the exprot market limits small. Meanwhile the Chinese herbal medicine trade case in Henan province has been predicted. The third part describes the basic characteristics and the present status of the pesticide residues in inspection and quarantine, and then analyzed the Pesticide residues on the import and export of Chinese herbal medicine based on the data of the import and export, and analysis the possible problems from these phenomena of import and export trade of Chinese herbal medicine, and made specific analysis from planting , detectidng and related laws and regulations.The last part proposed some relevant improvement suggestion in view of the above questions. In the planting process, growers need scientific use pesticides, continuously improve planting experience and technology. The production of enterprise operators that according to local geographical conditions of establishing formal medicinal herbs, make the production base for planting standardization, scale and production implementation medicinal standardization of management.
