A newpath to explore innovative technologies can be made through their own practice. In addition, as the technology-intensive and talent-intensiveindustries, the level of development of the industry also represents the economicdevelopment level and the level of country, accelerating technological innovation in theindustry, which is beneficial to improve the whole level of technological development of thecountry. Which lay solid foundation for the establishment of the development of electroniccommunication industry in our country and long-term competitive advantage in order toenhance the development of science and technology, and improve the content of our nationaleconomy? From the theoretical point of view, although the parties to explore some research ontechnology innovation in electronic communication industry, and also produce someconsiderable achievements. It is especially important to these industry developmentachievements of philosophical research. However, for the electronic communicationsindustry, research on technology innovation, strategic alliance and enterprise performance isstill less, especially from the perspective of strategic alliance of technological cooperation inelectronic communication industry.In this paper, the technological innovation, strategicalliance and operation performance integration in a frame system, from the perspective ofinnovation and union perspective can supply and improve this research field. So it has acertain theoretical value.Based on related theory, life cycle theory, strategy alliance related theories; performancerelated theory and industrial transformation based on the analysis of the related research,combined with the electronic communications industry development present situation in ourcountry. We mainly research the relationship of technological innovation and corporateoperating performance, strategic alliance cooperation. The intermediate variable willconsider enterprise product life cycle. And it puts forward two propositions based on theliterature, namelyProposition1: Different technology innovation strategy combinations will have adifference in operating performance of different level.Proposition2: Different combinations of strategic alliance types will have a differencein operating performance of different level.Then, according to four companies’ different cases, namely, semiconductormanufacturers, instrument enterprises, fiber-optic network communication, and consumerelectronics enterprise synthetically analysis, the following conclusions:1. If electronic communication enterprises pay more attention to two aspects of leveland degree of technical competence of technological innovation strategy as well astechnology source, enterprise earning will more easily get promotion.2. If electronic communication enterprises pay more attention to two aspects of researchand development investment degree of technology innovation strategy as well as technicallevel and degree, enterprises operation ability more easily get promotion.3. If electronic communication enterprises pay more attention to the aspects of theability to obtain technology source, competition strategy, level and degree of technicalcompetence, investment portfolio, and so on, the productivity will be stronger.4.If electronic communication enterprises pay more attention to research anddevelopment of organization and policy as well as investment degree, and technicalcompetence level and degree etc., its vitality will be stronger.5. If electronic communication enterprises pay more attention to research anddevelopment of organization and policy, competitive strategy, technical competence level and degree etc., the stability will be stronger.6.The most frequent applications in electronic communication industry are technologydevelopment alliance, production operations and logistics alliance as well as sales andservice alliance, to enhance its operating performance.7.
