Research On The Information Service Platform Of The Strategic Alliance Of Industrial Technological Innovation

As 17th people's congress of the CPC propounded,it is important to accelerate the building of technology innovation system which take business as the master,market as direction and combine the industry-university-research, and to guide and support the innovation factors centralizing to the enterprise,help science and technology fruit converting toward the realistic productive forces is as the same importance.The strategic alliance of Industrial Technological Innovation (hereafter, we use ITI instead) is a new technique innovation organization cooperate the industry-university-research under the market economy,and the information service platform of ITI is a resource sharing systematic and integrated supporting system on the industrial level which includes material and information support system and sharing mechanism as well as specialized Personnel who construct and serve the Platform. The Platform provides the effective,high-quality and fair service for a particular industry and related industrial clusters or regionalized distinctive industrial technology innovation activities.The research on the ITI information service contribute to a further enlargement on strength of assets reorganization and structure readjustment, optimize the allocation of resources, reduce the development risk, speed up technological fruits achievement, boost industrial upgrading,establish large automobile enterprise with stronger competitiveness ability; it also helps to keep the self-renovation and digest absorption to combine together, grab two domestic and international markets,develop an extrovert type economies,expand automobile export,and as well as provide basis to the government and the enterprise to make decision. The research in this thesis include two sides:The theory part is mainly about the research on the ITI information service theory, the practice part is then mainly about the positive analysis to the establishment of the ITI information service in Anhui province, and gives some advice.This thesis is totally divided into six parts,the main contents of each part is summarized as follows:The first part is introduction. It is mainly about the research back ground purpose, meaning,way of thinking method and innovative point.and carry a theoretics overview on the related research, which lay a good theoretical foundation for the research in this thesis.The second part is the theoretical overview of the information service platform of the strategic alliance of ITI.Discuss more about the theoretical support that the information service platform of the strategic alliance of ITI can mirror which mainly includes the National Innovation System theory,Region Innovation System theory and Sectoral Systems of Innovation theory.The third part is the analysis of the information service platform of the strategic alliance of ITI in Annuli's automobile industry.The fourth part designs a information service platform of the strategic alliance of ITI based on the satisfaction inspects and demands of the platform of the strategic alliance of ITI.The fifth part is prescription for the information service platform of the strategic alliance of ITI considering the factors that affect the ITI.The last part is conclusion.
