In recent years,China's economy has entered a new normality,how to allocate resources effectively,promote comprehensive deepening of reforms,and promote economic restructuring,becoming the most important priority for China's current economic reforms.In China,the construction industry is a pillar industry.The development of the construction industry is closely related to the economic development of our country.Establishing a strategic alliance for technological innovation in the construction industry is one of the most important means for integrating all types of resources in the construction industry in China.However,the complexity and dynamics of the economic environment have led to various risks in the cooperation between companies,governments and research institutions.Because the academic community has not formed an accurate and consistent understanding of the main features of different development stages of the alliance and the rules governing the development and changes of alliances,the decision-makers of the coalition will have difficulty formulating corresponding risk prevention measures in accordance with the characteristics of the alliance.Since the development of the strategic alliance for industrial technology innovation,how to effectively manage the risks of the alliance and thus improve the economic benefits of the alliance is still an important research topic,and it is also an urgent issue to be resolved.Firstly,based on a comprehensive review of the status quo of domestic and foreign strategic alliances,construction industry technology innovation and alliance risk identification,evaluation and prevention,this paper constructs a system of industrial technology innovation strategic alliances in the construction industry.And also in-depth discussion on the partner selection mechanism and the operational mechanism of the alliance is carried out in the strategic alliance of construction industry technology innovation.Secondly,using the theoretical analysis framework of qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis of integrated integration method,with the aid of questionnaires,factor analysis,ANP,gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods,etc.,in-depth analysis is done of the construction industry technology innovation.The study identified a total of 25 risk factors,divided into three categories,namely cooperative risks,organizational risks,and macroeconomic risks.Next,on the basis of alliance risk identification,the study found that China'sconstruction industry technology innovation strategic alliance risk belongs to the upper middle class,especially the macro-economic class risk,which should be the focus of risk prevention.The coalition has a certain degree of instability,but the risks remain within the controllable scope.At the same time,it also verifies the feasibility of the ANP-gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk assessment of the strategic alliance of construction industry technology innovation.Finally,aiming at the above research results,this study constructs the risk prevention model of the strategic alliance for technological innovation in China's construction industry,and proposes a corresponding risk prevention strategy.The research results of this paper make up for the insufficiency of existing literature on the strategic alliance of technology innovation in construction industry,and provide a new model method for the empirical application research of effective risk assessment,thus making a targeted supplement to the research in the field of risk management.The empirical research results provide valuable decision-making suggestions for the participants and managers of the strategic alliance for technological innovation in the construction industry.
