Economics always pay attention to rural problem research in our country. In recent years, the relationship between the development and the people’s livelihood gradually get attention. Researchers focus their eyes on the income and survival condition of rural residents. The situation that farmer-income-growth is far lower than the economic growth cause more and more scholars believe that increasing farmer’s income is a pressing matter of the moment to solve the problem of farmers, agriculture and rural areas. In this paper, we first use micro-econometric method studying on the effect of farmer’s human capital on the income of rural family. The results show that the labor force of rural family, the average years of education of family labor have a positive effect upon household income growth. And, the situation whether labors got some kinds of occupation skill training also has a significant influence on farmer’s income. On the contrary, the influence of labor’s experience on their income is not significant. Studies have confirmed that non-agricultural employment is one of main mode of earning money for rural kind. Based on that, further research in chapter4shows the effect of rural labor quality to the farmer’s non-agricultural employment, and proves that farmer’s age and education have a significant effect on farmers’ non-agricultural employment. Elder farmers seldom got non-agricultural jobs and always choose to engage in agricultural production, while the young farmers prefer to engage in non-agricultural sector. Farmer’s working industry are also affected equally significant by their educational level, higher educational level of farmer has a higher probability to get a non-agricultural industry work. In this chapter we finally study the influence of the land, the capital and other factors such as family burden upon rural household income. The results prove that fixed assets and household expenditure and family planting area have positive effect on farmer’s income. In addition, the empirical results also illustrate that farmer’s household income are affected by regional economic environment. In eastern developed area, farmer’s income is higher than that of central area in china, and western farmer have the lowest income. The farmer’s income level and the regional economic growth have consistency. Based on micro-econometric analysis for farmer’s income, we use the published economic data in different provinces which is from the Statistical Yearbook to find out the impact of the regional economic growth on farmer’s income. Research using panel data analysis and spatial-econometric analysis give us the results that the fluctuations in economic growth made an impact on family income in Chinese rural area. When the economic growth was accelerated, farmer’s income was increased, and in the stability period farmer’s income growth was slow or even stagnation. Impacts of economic growth fluctuation on farmers’ income have continuity, and this influence still exists in at least five lag periods. The results of spatial econometric analysis show, there are spatial correlation in different provinces farmer income, which have positive effects in nearby province. Higher income farmers gathered on the east and southeast coastal, and lower income farmers mainly gathered in the western region. In2009the income of rural residents was affected by the provincial economic growth in2004,2005and2006in china. In this paper, we also study the decision mechanism of the price and total output of agricultural products, and construct the simultaneous equation model between farmer’s agricultural income and agricultural output. The results show that, farmer’s agricultural income is affected by agricultural output, which is also affected by price in last term. Total output, rural and urban residents’incomes are influence factors of the price. There is dynamic connection between farmer’s agricultural income and agricultural output. At last, research of the relationship between non-agricultural incomes of farmers and non-agricultural industry growth has shown that, our farmers’non-agricultural income growth is affected by non-agricultural industry growth. This effect is positive and rapidly rises in a short term, and this positive influence gradually to zero in the long term. Farmers’ income growth also has influence on non-agricultural industry growth. In short term, non-agricultural income growth will restrict the non-agricultural industry growth, but will soon become stimulative effect. In long term, non-agricultural income growth is conducive to the non-agricultural total production increases...
