Financiai Support Agriculture Policy Impact On Farmers’ Income Growth

Since the new century, the party and the state attaches great importance to the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, increase the income of farmers, is the primary task of rural work in the new period. But the existing research data found that China’s current agricultural measures still exist many problems. Nanping as Fujian Province major grain producing city, agriculture has long been occupied more important position, but the level of income of the farmers in the province and the country are in a relatively backward level. I deepen and the implementation of preferential agricultural policies, government policy support as a fundamental force in the promotion of agricultural development to increase farmers’income.Select 30 years to Nanping city farmer income characteristics analysis, and starting from the angle of public finance, through agricultural financial input data, using econometric model of the Nanping City government preferential policies on Farmers’ income for empirical analysis, it is found that there is a strong positive correlation between fiscal expenditure, expenditure for supporting rural production, science and technology three cost expenditure, agriculture, forestry and water affairs expenditure and income of the farmers, agricultural policy implementation for increasing the income of farmers is very significant. According to the results of impulse detection, the effect of fiscal expenditure on agriculture, forestry and water affairs is the most, while the impact of three cost of science and technology, supporting the production of rural areas, the impact of the increase of farmers’ income is weakened. Therefore, from the scientific and technological input, support for rural production and other aspects of the start, to stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers, to further promote the farmers’ income.
