Study On The Management Of Agricultural Industrialization And The Suggestion Of Farmer’s Income Increased In Anhui Province

The development of China’s economic attracts the worldwide attention in morethirty years since reform and opening. However, the problem of "three farming" inChina that was currently still serious in the high-speed economic development, andalready became the success or failure key of reforming, opening and modernizationconstruction. The agricultural industrialization is the union wayof agricultural plants, products processing, products sales to solve the connectionproblem of the individualistic farmer and big market, and to change the isolatedsituation of plant and feeding, produce and supply, agriculture and industry. This waywas to extend the industrial chain of the traditional agriculture, and improve the addedvalue. Of course, this way also has become increase farmer income, and enhancedagricultural competition ability, and it was an effective way to drive rural economicand social development, and realize agricultural modernization.In this paper, the traits of the income increased of the farmer and the agriculturalindustrialization in Anhui province is analyzed all sides. The problems that the currentagricultural industrialization promotes the income increased of farmer in Anhuiprovince are summed up as the following: the overall level of agriculturalindustrialization is still lower. The scale of industry is smaller. The radiation effectsare not strong. The difference is bigger on compared with the surrounding developedprovinces. The level of science and technology is not advanced. The industry chain isnarrow and short. The market consciousness is not strong. The sustainabledevelopment consciousness is weak. In view of the above problems, this paper putsforward the following suggestions: The outer environment and condition ofmanagement for the agricultural industrialization are actively and creatively improved.The adjustment potency for the industrial structure and product structure must beincreased, and the increasing income latent capacity must be developed. The key is outstanding, and the bibocock will obtain aid. The personnel training mechanism foragricultural industrialization need to be perfected, and develop farmer cooperatives.The industry support provided and the level of blame farming obtain employmentimproved are considered as the increasing income point of farmer.“Thousandenterprises in conjunction village” will carry out, and the industrial and commercialenterprises in the village industrial park will be encouraged. The rural services will beexplored, expanded and innovated. The elements in agricultural industry economicwill cooperate. The pace of the agricultural industrialization will be quickcontinuously.The introduction part includes the agricultural industrialization how to promotethe income increased of farmer, literature review, the purpose and significance ofresearch, the ideas and methods, the main content of research, and innovation andshortcoming, etc. The second part mainly analyzed the current situation of farmer’sincome increased in Anhui province, and pointed out the favorable and unfavorablefactors for the growth of farmer’s income in Anhui province, and found out thegrowth way of income, and the import signification.
