The Research On Mao Zedong’s Labor Relationship And Its Contemporary Value

Throughout the domestic circles on the study of Mao Zedong thought in the last30years, the weak point is about the study of Mao Zedong economic thought. The research object is about the important content of Mao Zedong’s economic thought--labor relations in this paper. The paper did a systematic, comprehensive and in-depth research from the part of origin of theory, historical evolution, the main content and contemporary value. We just hope that could make up the lack of academic research.Firstly, the paper discusses the origin of theory of Mao Zedong thought on industrial relations through textual research method. Mao Zedong paid attention to both sides of the common interest and developed the point of view of "labor interests consistent" on the premise of persisting Marx’s labor struggle of ideas.
