Along With the exploitation of the oil and gas fields in China, part of the oil and gasfields entered into extra-high water containing period and the amount of sewage is very highin the oil extraction, which had reached1.2billion cubic meters by2010, and it is increasingyear by year. How to make produced water recycle to layer and back into reproduction aftereconomical and effective treatment through certain means, and realize the balance in waterproducing and injecting of oil fields, and saving water effectively has already become animportant issue of oil industry. Tuha oilfield is located in the Gobi desert district of SinkiangTurpan-Kumul basin, so the underground fresh water resource is particularly precious.Making the produced water back injecting to layer after effective treatment can not onlysaving fresh water resource, but also reducing the effect of wastewater discharge forcircumjacent fragile ecological environment.Based on the existing research of oilfield produced water treatment, this paper did atargeted research, combining the operation situation of produced water treatment devices inTuha oilfield. It found out the shortage and defect of materialization treatment technical inearly period, and researched the applicability of biochemistry sewage disposal technology inTuha oilfield with the combination of project case. This paper did evaluation research on theapplication effect of different technology of sterilization and anti-scale and corrosioninhibition in oilfield. Combining the transformation of sewage water treatment device inWenmi united station; this paper raised three different programs. This paper processed deepcomparative analysis, and optimum seeking the biochemical treatment that made the mostof present equipment, which is for other sewage station’s biochemical transformation in thefuture.Through intensive research, the obtained results are:1. Find out the common defects of Physico-chemical treatment methods in oilfield ofdifferent field applications. Under the limit of shorter process factors, the system’s ability to withstand shocks is weaker; the produced water treatment effect of sewage treatmentequipment by Physico-chemical treatment methods is generally instable. The cost of watertreatment system bactericidal agent is higher and the applicability of the originalanti-corrosion and anti-scaling measures is not so good, which causes the severe corrosionof process equipment and facilities. The filtering material of some filter is severe leakagethat increases the operating costs in some extent.2. Prove the applicability of biochemical sewage treatment method in Tuha Oilfield.Through the continuous application and improvement of pre-pilot test in Honglian SewageStation and the later Yanmuxi, Santang Lake, Lukeqin Sewage Treatment Equipment provesthat biological wastewater treatment technology is adapted to the water quality of TuhaOilfield, it not only has strong impact resistance, but also can improve the quality ofout-water effectively and save the cost.3. Explore a sterilization and corrosion scale control technology which is suitable for thedifferent water treatment processes of Tuha Oilfield. Through the research on chemicalsterilization, compound chlorine dioxide disinfection technology and ultraviolet raysterilization technology, it sums up the effective sterilization method which can be used incombination under different processes and water quality conditions. Through the researchand testing on cathodic corrosion, high net stabilization technology, the use of new materials,installation piping loop quantum and other technologies, it finds out the corrosion and scalemethod that is adapted to oilfield water quality and further improve the corrosion protectioneffect of oilfield produced water treatment equipment and pipeline.4. Conduct process node parameter control, under the precondition of existingprocesses unchanged, it effectively improves the produced water quality. Through thepiecewise control on process technology node processing indicators, it can find outproblems in time, conduct early intervention on the operating parameters, transformterminal control into process control, standardize the operation and management of produced water treatment equipments, improves the produced water quality and increase theresult and efficiency of water treatment.5. Finds out the feasible options of biochemical transformation in oilfield old sewagetreatment equipment. Aiming at the transformation needs of Wenmi Sewage Station, putforward three rehabilitation programs for economic and environmental analysis andcomparison study, which reached conclusion that make full use of existing equipment andfacilities to conduct biochemical transformation on the old sewage treatment equipment isfeasible in economic environment and provide direction for reconstruct and expanding onoilfield old sewage stations...
