Currently, global climate change has become the greatest threat to humansurvival issue and the global warming fact sparked a deep thinking on the crisis ofhuman survival. As a sign of human civilization progressing and their livable habitat, city has become the focus of sustainable development. City is both responsible forthe negative environmental impacts and key to mitigate the crisis of ecology andclimate. Under the dual impact of the booming low-carbon idea and low-carbonurban development practic, there is still lack of appropriate theoretical guidance andtechnical measures for practicing in the now existed domestic planning theory andtechnologic system. It has become an urgent problem to be solved seeking for low-carbon development planning system and spatial construction mode from the urbanplanning level. This paper has carried out a research about organization of urban spatialstructure and collaborative planning on three levels, such as the analzing connotationof low-carbon city and combing out low carbon urban theoretical basis, the selectionand planning control of spatial development, the spatial collaborative model and thesystematic framwork of collaborative planning. First of all, from the three aspects tocarry on the analysis, such as the global urbanization, the trends of carbon emissionsand the carbon crisis of China. And then, from two low-carbonization levels of"endogenous" and "exogenous", this research has analyzed the connotation of low-carbon urbon,by analyzing of relationship between between urban systems, revealedthe system working nature of low-carbon city:"development, collaboration andsustainment", and then pointed out the working mechanism and mode of low-carbon city spatial system that must follow the laws from macro overallcollaboration and mutual mutual aid to micro functional complementation andnetwork interconnection. Secondly, based on the construction of planning concept, the paper analysis the basic principle of organization of urban spatial structure oflow carbon city through collaborative planning principle and networktheory.Through analyzing the relation between urban structure and carbon emissioneffect, This dissertaion has explored the urbon space development patterns andvalue orientation. And then, this paper propose urban space developing pattern andplanning control content and methods. Based on the connotation of spatial structureof low carbon city, charactreistics and relevance of urban system, the paper putforward the organization mode of low-carbon city. On the above mentioned basisand the exploring containment, effect and mechanism of low-carbon city’scollaborative planning, the paper put forward collaborative planning approach, such as constructing collaborative control system based on space planning of space, policy and economic planning, the technology system of multi-level collaborationand the development countermeatures and security system under the action ofcollaboration. Finally, the dissertaion has constructed the framework of low-carbonurban collaborative planning system. The research on the space organization structure and collaborative planning ofLow-carbon city will help to innovate the theory and methodology of low-carboncity planning, improve the urban planning theory, explore the low-carbon strategyfor urban, and promot the design idea of urban planning theory and climate changechanging from previous "conditions based " to the multi-dimensional and cross-depth" symbiotic and cooperative " design concept.Futherly,it will also help us tore-examine urban space structural relationships by holistic thinking in order toeffectively connect urban planning design with practice and realize the usefulexploration from the depth recognizing of low-carbon city idea forward to practicaldesign methods of planning practice.
