Research On Evaluation Of Tourism Resources And Sand Desert Landforms Geopark Development And Protection

Along with the implement of national strategy of western development and the rise of ecological tourism, desert is becoming increasingly the popular tourist destination. As a way of sustainable development, desert tourism has the positive significance for the desertification governance in northern China, and how to develop desert tourism resources has become an important aspect of managing desert and developing tourism. Aeolian landfoms geo-park being the key area of the development and protection of desert tourism resources,there is a very important hole with scientific and reasonable study.This study spreads mainly to the development and protection of desert tourism resources, the theory and empirical research based on the current development situation of desert tourism. From the perspective of research needs, the related concept and connotation of desert tourism are sorted and defined. Desert tourism resources and landscape environment background are analyzed. The desert tourism resources, the space-time characteristics and classification system of desert tourist resources are presented. The spatial distribution characteristics of desert tourism resources development is analyzed, and the combination of desert tourism resources and landscape development category is proposed. The evaluation of the six provinces and regions of desert tourism competitiveness is carried. The aesthetic value and aesthetic degree evaluation about Dunhuang Yardang Geo-park is studied, and the measures of development and protection are put forward. The system of desert tourism environmental bearing capacity is analyzed, and the tourism environmental bearing capacity of Badain Jaran desert scenic spot is studyed. The concept and characteristics of aeolian landfoms geo-park is expounded, and the development-protection and planning-design pattern is put forward.To some extent, the study enriches applicating aeolian geomorphology as well as providing some useful reference for development of desert tourism scenic area in arid and half arid areas.Innovation points of paper embodied in:(1) From the research content, the characteristics of desert tourism resources are analyzed in-depth, the sustainable theory system of desert ecological tourism is discussed, and the mode of development and protect of aeolian landfoms geo-park is put forward. The characteristics situation of desert tourism resources is analyzed, including the environmental background, the category and the distribution. The combination categories of desert tourism resources and landscape are analyzed in innovation. From the view of geological conditions and aeolian landfoms characteristic, a set of system of desert tourism reflecting aeolian geomorphology and model evaluation is built, trying to make the research more in line with the actual of desert tourism resources. The concrete analysis of evaluation system on desert tourism resources according to different resource collection area is choosed to carry on different evaluation method, including the desert province competitiveness of tourism resource development, the aesthetic evaluation of yardang landform.(2) From the research methods, aeolian geomorphology, the multidisciplinary analysis methods have been carried on with the quantitative research, such as the desert tourism competitiveness of provinces and autonomous regions, yardang landform beauty, the desert tourism environmental bearing capacity. Based on the qualitative analysis on aesthetic value of yardang landform, an beauty index system of yardang landform is built, the quantitative evaluation of Dunhuang Yardang Geo-park is innovated on the aeolian geomorphological heritage resources. The system of desert tourism environmental bearing capacity is constructed, and the calculation model of desert tourism environmental bearing capacity is standardized. The tourism environmental bearing capacity of Badain Jaran desert scenic area is studied, with the comprehensive scientific analysis on the research of tourism environmental capacity.(3) On the research perspective, the study of desert tourism is deepened, concising and linking up the content of aeolian geomorphology for an innovative leap, enriching the content of the desert tourism and the application of aeolian geomorphology to a certain extent.The Dunhuang yardang landforms(wind erosion landforms) and Badain Jaran desert (sand accumulation landforms) are two analysis types in tourism planning and design of aeolian landform, the development-protection mode of aeolian landform geo-park is explored, and the study for the development and protection of tourism in arid and half arid areas is very typical.
