In this study, we preliminary analysis the clinical mechanism of Jujing Gouju particles impact of the sperm morphology and sperm DNA integrity in patients with abnormal sperm., Our purpose is to further optimize the clinical field of Chinese medicine treatment on objective related.237patients with less, weak, abnormal sperm were collected from the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine experts academic studios and Reproductive clinic Medicine on the time from March2011to December2012. According to the diagnosis criteria, our study excluded and removed84cases of primary diagnosed cases totally, the final sample included153cases.153cases samples were completely random selection after using SPSS16.0statistical software.153cases were divided into experimental group90cases (A. Jujing Gouju particles group) and control group63cases (B. Jujing pill group), The time of treatment of two groups were12months. Key clinical observation was studied of the physical, chemical and immunological semen, serum sex hormones, sperm motility, sperm motility, morphology and sperm DNA fragmentation index and other indicators. Study also observed the Epidemiological and TCM symptomatology changes of the samples before and after treatment.All data were calculated by statistical software SPSS16.0. A group and B group were test by independent samples T-test (Independent Samples T-Test) and F analysis (One-Way ANOVA)before and after treatment, meanwhile analyzing homogeneity of variance test (Test of Homogeneity of Variances), and analyze the data for normality or skewed distribution, P<0.05was considered statistically significant; using multiple linear regression model regression coefficients (Pearson Correlation) to analyze experimental semen important indicator and effective variables of each group. Pierxunka square test of Pearson Chi-Square.Based on calculation of Multiple linear regression models,Results indicate that the a-Glu, ACP, Zn of seminal plasma, sperm concentration, forward motility (%), immobile sperm (%), average linear velocity VSL, normal rate (%), abnormal rate (%), head abnormal rate (%), normal acrosome integrity (%) and improvement in serum testosterone T of the experimental group was superior than Jujing Pills control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.DFI sperm head DNA fragmentation index wae significantly different (P<0.05). before and after treatment in Experimental group. The total effective rate of Experimental group was67.77%, compared with41.26%of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Accordingly, we believe that Jujing Gouju particles involved and improved regulation of spermatogenesis and testicular endocrine secretion in patients with abnormal spermAccording to epidemiological and symptomatology statistical data of clinical investigation, patients in two groups has some susceptible habits, which was drinking accounted for72.54%, smoking accounted for59.47%, carbonated drinks accounted for53.59%, lack of physical exercise or sedentary accounted for88.88%, electromagnetic radiation accounted for75.16%, late at night accounted for53.59%.The most common physical syndrome of Two groups was Yinxu Huowang,Shire Xiazhu,Qiyu Tanshi and Qizhi Xueyu before treatment.Section of Literature review systematically verified ancient documented chapters and medical monographs of male infertility...
