Abnormal DFI Of Spermatozoa In Infertile Patients Treated With Jujing Decoction Clinical Observation Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jujing Decoction on sperm DNA integrity abnormality(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)in infertile patients through clinical experiments,and the effect of semen routine analysis results(semen volume;liquefaction time;sperm concentration;sperm forward movement;total sperm activity),deformity rate,acrosin activity and DNA fragment rate(DFI)before and after treatment.To evaluate the effectiveness of Jujing Decoction in the treatment of infertility patients with abnormal sperm DNA integrity(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Chinese styleMethods:a total of 50 patients in andrology Department(from April 2018 to December 2019)were randomly divided into two groups:Traditional Chinese medicine group(Jujing Decoction plus and minus)25 cases,control group(levocamitine combined with vitamin E soft capsule)25 cases.The results of semen routine parameters,deformity rate,acrosin activity and DFI were recorded and analyzed before and after the treatment by semen routine analysis(semen liquefaction time,sperm concentration,total activity percentage of forward moving sperm);and by detecting acrosin activity and DNA fragment rate of sperm.Spss19.0 software was used for data analysis,and the measurement data was expressed by mean plus minus standard deviation(x soil s).The sign rank sum test was used for the non normal distribution,and the paired t test was used for the normal distribution.Chinese styleResults:The data of those included in the statistical analysis were complete.The age,infertility time,semen liquefaction time,semen volume,sperm density,forward movement,percentage of total sperm activity,sperm deformity rate,sperm acrosin activity,sperm DNA fragment rate and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05).Chinese styleAfter the treatment,both groups could shorten the time and increase the quantity of liquefaction.Increase the density of patients' sperm,improve forward movement,total sperm activity,enhance sperm acrosin activity,reduce sperm deformity rate and DFI,and reduce TCM spleen and stomach syndrome score(hereinafter referred to as TCM syndrome score).There were statistical differences in sperm density,acrosin activity and DFI before and after treatment in the control group.There were no statistical differences in semen liquefaction time,semen volume,forward movement,total sperm activity percentage and sperm deformity rate.After treatment,the indexes of traditional Chinese medicine group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the semen volume,density,forward movement,percentage of total activity,deformity rate,DFI and the difference of acrosin activity in the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Among the 25 subjects in the traditional Chinese medicine group,the number of recovery,significant effect,effective and ineffective were 8,7,6 and 4 respectively;among the 25 subjects in the control group,the number of recovery,significant effect,effective and ineffective were 3,3,8 and 11 respectively.The total effective rate was 84%in the experimental group and 56%in the control group.There was statistical difference between them by rank sum test(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Jujing decoction can increase the pregnancy rate of the other half of the infertile patients.To talk about2.The addition and subtraction of Ju Jing Tang can increase the quantity of semen,reduce the time needed for semen liquefaction,increase the sperm density,forward movement,total sperm activity,acrosin activity,reduce the rate of sperm deformity and DFI,and it is better than western medicine in improving sperm activity,density,acrosin activity and repairing DNA damage.3.Tutor from the dynamic balance of Yuanyin and Yuanyang dialectical treatment of sperm DNA damage,considering the pathogenesis of male infertility for a long time will be mixed with blood stasis changes,re injection of warm yang in the treatment of male infertility has achieved satisfactory results.It is also proved that the addition and subtraction of Ju Jing decoction is worthy of clinical promotion in improving sperm routine and repairing sperm DNA damage,and also verified the feasibility of tutor's theory that "the essence is in the temperature,the kidney yin and the kidney yang are in the balance".
