Yusuf KHas hajib, the author of Kutadgu Bilig(wisdom of Royal Glory) was an Uyghur poet, philosopher, and one of the historical elites in11th century. The author’s first work which has been found till today is Kutadgu Bilig (wisdom of Royal Glory). It can be regarded as a unique work in the world with its covered ranges, social value, and also literal achievements. After this creation met the world, its value has already surpassed the range of literature, although it was thought as a literal masterpiece or an epic poetry. Is spite of that we have to view it as a poetic creation with the tinge philosophical flavor. Its contents are not only as rich as stars but have already over passed the time limits of its age. It has been affecting the formation of many ethnical societies and national aspects in central Asia. The inspiration of this research work:So far, the various literature issues and literal schools haven’t been granted the guidance and protection of literature theory and literal criticism. Compared to the development of literature theory and criticism, its speed has been fairly slow. Although, there are many universities and colleges present in Xinjiang Uyghur autonomy regionwhich have opened new subjects and projectson literature theory, criticism and literal writing, but the achievements are not enough. These achievements cannot fulfill the need of Uyghur scholars. The reasons are that these literature theories and critics are related to the literary ideas of karl markix, andthese ideas are not enough to have a better understanding of the great work. It is clear that every nation should create its own literal work base onits own language. Although, literature has been considered as a language art, each nation has its own special phonetic system to describe the real world, and its own viewpoint to observe the world. And it is this aspect of literary work that decides the ethical literature’s unique form. Only the theory and critics form base on this nation’s language and culture, thinking style, andhistorical tradition can itguide the national literature more correctly and more scientifically Uyghur nation is an ethnic group with a long history and special culture who have many thousand years of written literature history. The most admirable side is that, Uyghur literature continually focuses the attention on creation but thoroughly ignored to create a literal theory. In the end, this kind of tendency makes a big influence on the quality of Uyghur literature. Everyone knows thata nation’s literature theory system cannot be separated from the backups from its ethical literature elites and inspirations from its classic works. To add my personal devotion to the Uyghur literature theory construction I chose this topic of the great work-Qutadgu Bilig (wisdom of Royal Glory) and Yusuf Khas hajib’s ideas of literature and art for my doctoral research paper. There is no difficulty for willing heart in the world; the most frightful thing is fear itself. After repeatedly reading Qutadgu Bilig (wisdom of Royal Glory) I not only grasped the main literature and art aspects of Yusuf Khas hajib, but also a lot of related information about literal idea of classic elites through Qutqadgu Bilig (wisdom of Royal Glory). It is obvious that, our ancestors seemed to have failed to concentrate on erecting theoretical construction. Nevertheless, they never actually stoppedtrying to build their own literature theory constructions. Moreover, they had a rare way to describe it. Yusuf Hashajip is not an exception. Through the construction of his book Qutadgu Bilig (the wisdom of royal glory), he systematically described his own literal idea and art notion. So from the point of poetry aspects, the art and literal ideas of Yusuf Khas hajib is then indispensable ingredients of the whole Uyghur literature and art theory. One of the contents of this essay is the Uyghur literatures’ process duringthe first decade of21st century, which has achieved great success. The numbers of published novels and fictions have already surpassed300volumes, and the numbers of literal creations per year is more than100. Second, literal creations become more ethical than ever before. Especially the literary theory comes to touch a little bit national aspects and specialty. Although we arenever against the international literary theory and multicultural literary ideas, but we can’t avoid emphasizingonthe ethnical rule of theory and creation. The greatest advantage of this research is that, there is no nation that had inheritedits literal traditions from the god but by the accumulations of hard work over many centuries and creative mind of art creation. As the basic goal of my research, I have been detected the vital steps of theoretical progress in Uyghur literature through this classic masterpiece. Through the result I have discovered some findings about our glorious literary history. The method I used in this research is to collect the newest achievements in the filed of philology, and base the finding of indoor and outdoor research results to make my personal voice about Uyghur classic literature via Qutadgu Bilig (wisdom of Royal Glory) of Yusuf Hashajip. In addition, I compared the old inscriptions in Old Turkic languages, and etymological work of linguists. It is clear that Kutadgu Bilig (wisdom of Royal Glory) is not only the oldest monument of Islamic Turkish world but the first and foremost important literary workof Uyghur classic creations. It is a long didactic poem in the mirror-for prince’s tradition. It consists mainly of dialogues set within a frame ofstory. The language of the work is technically referred to as Karakhanid or middle Turkish. Kutadgu Bilig (wisdom of Royal Glory) has asignificant analogous to that of the Divine comedy or closer to our theme. The equivalentTurkish word for such wisdom is bilig, and other word in the title is Kut, which means"fortune" or the "charisma of rule". Thus the title means "the wisdom that conduces to Royal Glory or Fortune."The author informs us at the beginning of his work (line353-58) that it is based on four abstract principles, each of which is represented by one of the four major characters. Besides the four main characters, there are three major ones, also provides with significant names. The work divides naturally into two parts, the fluent occurring at line3120, towards the end of chapter38. The contents of this research are as follows; In the introduction part, I discussed about the book KutadGu Bilig (wisdom of Royal Glory) and its creation. It is a splendidglory among the classic literary worksthat displaysthe author, his literal talent, universal knowledge, word skills, and his social status in kingdom etc.In the second chapter, I mainly discussed the back ground of Yusuf Khas hajib’s literature and artistic ideas; the influence of Islamic culture and other influential aspects such as Persian and Arabic literature. In the third chapter, Imainly discussed the influence of Old Turkic literature such as stone writings, other Urkhon writings on Yusuf Khas hajib’s literal creation, and additional ingredients of karakhanid’s social and ideal system. In the fourth chapter, I systematically discussed the influence of Faraby’s ideas on Yusuf Khas hajib’s work and other Greek and western indirect reflectionson ancient cultures. In the fifth chapter, I discussed mainly the literature and art style that influenced the masterpiece ofYusuf Khas hajib’s.In the conclusion, namely chapter six, I related the Greek and Roman philosophical and literal influence on classic Uyghur elites like Yusuf Khas hajib. In addition, I put forward my conclusion and gratitude to everyone who greatly inspired me tofinishthe research of my dreamsas successfully as I first thought.
