Research On The Thoughts Of Marx’s Social Development Law

Does historical development of human society has rules to follow? If social law can be equal to natural law? Why does social law exist? These problems, as"the riddle of the sphinx", have been confused western philosophers of history and the philosophers of Marxism. Marx putted the law of social development deeply rooted in the practice of real people, finished the philosophical perspective transformation by deep theories and methods, founded the new thoughts of the law of social development. In this paper, I put the thoughts of the law of social development of Marx into system analysis and research, from the perspective of subject-object dialectic, the relationship with the laws of social development of human activities.The first part, as the introduction of this article, mainly analyzes the significance of the topic, The research status at home and abroad, the focal point and difficult point and analysis method. In this paper, I mainly take the text research, the unity of logic and history method, comparative analysis method, focuses on the main content of the thoughts of Marx’s social development law, and on this basis, reveals the characteristics of the thoughts of Marx’s social development law.The second part mainly analyses the historical background and thought origin of the thoughts of Marx’s social development law. The flowers can’t grow on rocks. Any thoughts is not likely to be the Water without a source, and the tree without roots. Any theory, the thoughts is the product of the era. The birth of the thoughts of the rules of Marx’s social development did not deviate from the development of the world civilization avenue, Because of his rich ideological pioneer, who provided abundant thoughts nourish, Marx bred flowers.The third part is mainly the historical track of the development of Marx’s social development law. Although Marx didn’t have no monographs and texts to talk about the thoughts of his social development laws, his knowledge and understanding of the law of social development was contained in his classic text. Therefore, in this chapter, mainly by interpretating Marx’s classic texts, I dig the development vein of the thoughts of Marx’s social development law to understand the thoughts of Marx’s social development law is how to sprout, formation, development and improvement.The fourth part mainly discusses basic ideas of Marx on social development law. Although Marx didn’t specifically elaborate the laws of social development as a problem in this paper, his basic ideas about the laws of social development can be scattered in his texts. Social law is different from the natural law. This paper studies the perspective mainly focusing on the social development law and natural law in common:the generality of the objectivity, inevitability, repeatability etc, analyzes these similarities with natural law which different forms in the social development law. Human is the main body of the society. The social development law is the law of the people’s activities. Starting from the practice of "real people", Marx revealed the hidden inherent relationship behind the complex social phenomenon. In this paper, from the perspective of subject-object dialectic relationship, I grasp the relationship of the thoughts of Marx’s social development law and human activities into deep mining and analysis system, and discuss the law of social development is how to act on, conceived in, realize to human activities.The fifth part summarizes the characteristics of the thoughts of Marx’s social development law. The thoughts of Marx’s social development law,is different from the social development theory of irregular law of idealism and mechanical materialism. It is material, dialectical, historical, practical view of law based on human practice.The sixth part is mainly based on the theoretical status and practical significance of the thoughts of Marx’s social development law, to seek its practical value in human society history and the contemporary realistic value in the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristicsThe appendix is mainly to explore the thought of Marx’s social development law. Since the thought of Marx’s social development law came into being, different scholars have questioned, criticized and attacked on it in different times and different nationalities, especially British scholar Popper as the most representative. The part mainly taking the comparative analysis method, highlights the scientific and the times of the thoughts of Marx’s social development law, through reviewing Popper and other historical non-determinist’s criticism to Marx.
