Study On Generation And Development Of Ruling Ethics Of The Communist Party Of China

The communist party of China governing ethics is an important dimension of the ruling ability, and is the Chinese characteristic socialist political civilization concentration mapping. This study first analyzes the basic connotation of the ruling ethics, construct the ruling ethics of three dimensional perspective, around the "why ruling" and "how to ruling" two basic problems on the ruling ethical, and define the differences and the relations between ruling ethics and political ethics, administrative ethics, party’s ethics, so as to provide a theoretical basis of this study. From the current research situation of Chinese Communist Party ruling ethics, it is subject to research the Chinese Communist Party ruling ethics from the historical dimension, which deeply analyze historical inevitability of the Chinese Communist Party in power, and summarize and grasp the law of development of the ruling ethics. Therefore, this research analyzes China governing ethics of the emergence and development from the dimension of the red resources.Chinese Communist Party ruling ethics was born in special social and historical environment, especially the partial ruling practice provides realistic foundation for its birth. Therefore, the Soviet period, the Chinese Communist Party in power in ethics value rationality and tool rationality of unity can be born. In Chinese history, it announced a new proletariat ruling ethics in the birth and old exploitation ruling ethics began to decline. Long March spread the Communist Party of China ruling value to further and extend its influence. In Yan’an period, theory and practice of sinicization of Marxism promote the innovation of the ruling ethics, and the basic framework of ruling ethics with Chinese characteristics was formed. In Xibaipo period, with the communist party of China gradually close to the regime in acquisition, in power value rationality and tool rationality continued to improve, and ultimately realize the comprehensive formation.After new China was founded, the Communist Party of China governing ethics in the new democratic society continue to develop, play an essential role of the history, and consolidate the leading position. In socialist construction in full swing ten years, the Communist Party of China governing ethics started the process of transformation, in achieving brilliant results also suffered a setback. However, MAO zedong left-leaning wrong idea gradually occupied a dominant position in the Party, and the class struggle as the key link has created the alienation of the ruling ethics, then the right to explore construction of ruling ethics aborted. Since the reform and opening up, Communist Party of China has correctly explored out socialism with Chinese characteristics’s ruling ethics construction path on the basis of the good of governance in the primary stage of socialism, and we construct the Chinese characteristic socialism’s ethics system.Back more than80years to the Communist Party of China governing ethical generation and development process, the revolutionary form, transition form and construction form is basic historical form of the governing ethics, and four aspects of a socialist, political system, national culture, historical stage reflects the particularity. Finally, this study summarized experience of construction and history of the Chinese Communist Party ruling ethics, and on the analysis of the current opportunities and challenges, on the basis of the construction of the path, some suggestions to strengthen the ruling ethics construction measures was put forward.
