There are theories ofsatisfaction of human desires or joy self-realization, making sense and so on. Thedebate about concept of happiness mainly attributed to the theories of joy andrealization. In fact,happiness ispeople’s psychological feelings and emotional experience concluded afterfeeling,judgment and rethink,but the feeling of happiness comes from the "goodlife",which must ensure that people can achieve self-realization and all-rounddevelopment in it.Therefore,there is a progressive chain,which is from the good lifeto the positive threshold,and then to the happiness, when people feel happy.Thirdthere is controversial about “where happiness is”. Someone argues that happinesslies in the real world, others claim that it is in heaven, in mind,and so on. But itexists in the junction of the subjective and objective world.Fourth,there are differentpoints about the way to obtain happiness. Christians think people want to be happyonly if they atone well in the world because human being is guilty,and people willenjoy themselves in heaven after atonement.The Taoist thinks happiness comes fromthe consistent with the nature.But in fact, there is the unique way to obtainhappiness,that is,to realize the unification of the subjective and objective conditions.Secondly,we must study the view,feeling and index of happiness.These questionsare derived from the happiness.If you can understand them,you will obtain andrealize happiness better. The view of happiness is about the basic attitude andgeneral point towards “what happiness is “and “how to obtain it”At present, there are many kinds of views of happiness in our country: the happiness of Marxism ismainstream happiness. Recessive views of happiness are hedonism，utilitarianism，consumerism，materialism and so on.At present people have the misconceptions ofhappiness in our country, and the fundamental reason is that people aren’t able toharmonize the material happiness and spiritual happiness, the personal happiness andsocial happiness properly. The view of happiness has a decisive effect on the feelingof happiness. People who have different views of happiness, may feel different in thesame situation. In addition, personality, health, age, economy, politics, culture,society and ecological environment all have effects on happiness. The index ofhappiness is the quantitative of happiness. But using the present science andtechnology, human being is also unable to quantify happiness accurately and onlyindividuals can judge happiness or not approximately from their feelings, but humanbeing can’t find other better means to describe the happiness at present,which leadsto be used extensively. Though the index of happiness isn’t scientific, it also has acertain value when people study happiness. Looking from the index of happiness, theone of the current Chinese is not high because they feel confused after rich and the“three (house, education, health care) problems” make them unhappy, and so doesecological environment. The further reasons are that social support system shaken,traditional qualities eliminated, alienation of happy thoughts, unfairness andinsecurity in life.Finally, the key problem to study happiness at present is to obtain or realizehappiness in real life.we need to create the necessary conditions for happiness. Toobtain or realize happiness, the individual must have the correct view of happiness,noble moral, cultivating his morality, maintaining physical and mental health, havingthe ability of the feelings and creativity of happiness. At the same time, people mustlive in a happy society. Therefore,the government needs to construct a happysociety,in which there should be political democracy, economic prosperity andsustainable development, improvement of the legal system, cultural health, socialharmony and stability, environmental ecology. The methods of constructing happysociety is to develop the economy to lay the material foundation, Maintain fairnessand justice for permanent stability, create culture of happiness providing spiritual support for a happy society. And the construction of ecological civilization createsbeautiful place for social happiness,the establishment of a social security mechanismassumes that the vulnerable groups can also live a happy life in the society.
