Since the Reformand Opening-up,China has achieved great progress in the school physical education,however,under the pression of only pursuing the enrollment rate,keeping fit first ’isalways replaced by ’enrollment rate first’,it is unavoidable problem existing in students’constitution. According to the concerned statistics,the passed two decades,Chineseadolescents’ lung capacity and strength have been constantly weakening with theincreasing number of the obesity and the shortsightedness. To meet the developingtrend,those problems must be solved,especially the health people longed-for and thelife quality people pursuing,the health of the adolescent period must be put moreemphasis by ensuring one hour’s sports exercising daily including the PE lesson.Implementing the spirit of the meet of the Central Committee that induce adolescent togo to the playground,to the nature,and to the sunlight,actively take part in the sportsexercises and rise the upsurge of the public sports exercises. On the20thof the DEC,2006,Ministry of Education,General Administration of Sport of China,the CentralCommittee of the Communist Young League,issued the determination of <SUNLIGHTSPORTS PLAN ABOUT BILLIONS OF STUDENTS DONGING SPORTSEXERCISES>,and on the29thof the April,2007,the SUNLIGHT SPORTS PLANall-round take effect.Extracurricular sports exercise is an important composition, in today’scomprehensively quality education,it is more distinct of its unique effect on thecultivating of student’s allround quality. The compound of PE lesson and theextracurricular sports exercise is the precondition of realizing the goal of schoolphysical education,also the essence of upfold the ’SUNLIGHT SPORT PLAN’. Thisplan is also conductive to the legalization of the extracurricular sport exercise.Consequently,to promote the content and the form of the extracurricular sportexercise,push forward the quality education and deepen the school physical course,the extracurricular sport exercise in the middle school must be designed and researchedscientifically.This study try to search the theory of how to design the extracurricular sportexercise in the middle school by‘post-modern perspective on curriculum’ and Theconcept of the ’4R’ theory. And use the Pedagogyã€sociologyã€psychology〠physiologyand multidisciplinary theory knowledge,and draw lessons from foreign extracurricularsports activities part of successful experience to help research. And to guide thestudents to participate in,competition,hard work,enterprising that make students topromote self education,to realizes the self-value and deepen quality education. At last ithelp students grow up with sunshine healthy.Before the theory study,this article investigate and analyze the main city middleschool extracurricular sports activities present situation and influence which in Yangtzeriver region that under the ’SUNLIGHT SPORT PALN’ background,and the resultshow that compared with <National school sports health conditions for trialimplementation basic standard>,the twelve middle schools which by investigated canreach the requirement in sport equipment and number of teachers,but some schooldon’t have enough infrastructure by the standardï¼›in high school, especially the three grade,students are join the extracurricular sport in low frequency, but they have activeattitude and right motivation:their choice is developing in Diversified andcomprehensive,and the boys and girls have no significant difference in extracurricularsport motivationï¼›the top three of students favorite activities is Badminton,Basketballand Activity game,and in the content selection of extracurricular sports activities,There are the differences between the sexes:Boys like to participate in ball games withstronger antagonism,competitive and big activity,Girls are more like to participate insmall strength and competitive. But have full of a certain aesthetic activities,PEteachers were increase a lot of pressure by the existing extracurricular sports activitiesof the organization and management models:and it’s singleness to evaluate Studentswhich participate in extracurricular sports activities,the twelve schools which beinvestigate have started the ’SUNLIGHT SPORT PALN’,but not enough good:Affectmiddle school extracurricular sports activities reason is various,mainly for theeducation system,education values and modern sports concept,leadership attachesgreat importance to the degree,students’ safety factor,sports funds investment andteachers and other factors.The Foreign youth extracurricular sports activities can gives us inspiration fromthe function orientation,content,direct management and government support,we cando some appropriate imitation,improve and complete process to create theextracurricular sports activities models to Suitable for China’s youth when doingtheoretical research.The most outstanding characteristic of Doll’s post-modem perspective oncurriculum to the concept of the ’4R’ curriculum standard system is emphasized theindividual’s subjectivity,which want to pay attention to the human main. Andespecially the ’Richness’,its purpose is for people to provide more choice,this is respectand approve for the education main body.Therefore,through the investigation and analysis of the first and profit from theoverseas advanced inspection,this paper use the "4R" curriculum standard system inDoll’s post-modern perspective on curriculum as the theory basis.To research themiddle school extracurricular sports activities theory,including the goal,content,management,and evaluation. On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper useeducation action research again to expound and prove the experimental.which havemade some achievements,but also reflects some problems,we need to keep thinking,trying and adjusting in the future practice process.Middle school extracurricular sports activities design was open and dynamic,itneeds to keep practice and adjust according to the school plan,the conditions of thenumber of teachers,site facilities and the students.It have been constantly enrich andadjustment,in order to adapt to the new situation and the new question.
