By sunlight sports development, and implement P.E teaching model of integration, in order to cultivate students’ health first thought and lifelong sports consciousness, to further curb college students’physical fitness to continue to decline. But due to space, teachers and funding issues, the implementation of P.E inside and outside the university integration more difficult and it is only sunshine sports center in order to complete the tasks assigned. Therefore, the Sunshine Sports Physical and outside the context of the integration of research has practical significance.Paper adopt literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, comparative tests and other research methods, through the sunshine sports outside the context of the integration of P.E implementation status and influencing factors, and Southwest Jiaotong University2011Undergraduate comparison test research and the cognitive research of teachers and student’. Through surveys and tests comparing the following conclusions:First of all, PE Course Teaching:In the completion of the teaching objectives of the indicators,94.26%of the teachers and students believe that the best target is completion motion technology, the worst target are completion of mental health and social adaptation target, especially social adaptation goals that performed poorly and can not complete accounted for52.87percent by teachers and students, and55.73percent of the teachers and students believe that classroom teaching is mainly lack of time. In physical education curriculum evaluation, it is very seriously to teacher on student attendance, learning attitude and the usual performance, they require special technical for the highest, and body measurements, extracurricular exercise, fitness, game scores, and other are basically similar to new standards curriculum; To carry out extracurricular activities:Student participation in organized extracurricular participation accounted for38.63%of the number of extra-curricular activities, and there are many independent activities for students; Current Situation of the PE curriculum integration:Only26.67%of schools implemented some indicators, the game is just reward students get ranking, and reward points for their final grade.90% of teachers think that the reasons for poor implementation of integration of physical education is no evaluation system, the evaluation was not included in the final grade extracurricular. They select none organizational measures accounted for66.67%, indicating a reasonable course evaluation system and organizational measures are implemented lesson important condition for the integration of internal and external.In the next place, through factor analysis showed that affect the implementation of the integration of internal and external factors of physical education colleges and universities are:hardware factors, which accounted for13.79%of the total variance explained, including venues, facilities and equipment, funding, and guidance of the number of teachers; and software factors accounted for the total explanation52.165%variance, including physical education curriculum evaluation requirements, organizational measures, schools, colleges emphasis. In the software factors, load capacity sports load capacity (0.874) course evaluation requirements and organizational measures (0.773) larger, so thinking in hardware conditions venues under (0.877) enough, the software factors in the physical education curriculum and evaluation requirements organizational measures of integration is the key to the implementation of physical education.Finally, in the quality and functional aspects of results of integration of physical education cases:the experimental group of students through the front and rear body shape, quality and performance results of a longitudinal comparison, the paired samples T-test concluded:FVC girls are different, p value0.0380.05, indicating that the experimental group of girls sports in order to have aerobic exercise-based, small changes in other indicators; boys are different vital capacity and standing long jump, p values were0.032and0.013were less than0.05, indicating that the experimental group of boys is also based on the movement of basic aerobic exercise, and their physical coordination strengthened; in the special skills:Through the experimental group and control group students’ skills assessment results horizontal comparison, the independent samples T-test concluded that:the experimental group score higher than the average technology resulting technology average, and the average of the two groups differ, p value0.046<0.05. It can be considered the implementation of integration courses can be relatively increased level of technology. In the cognitive aspects of students:57.8%of students think that they improve the level of movement participation, and40%of students believe that the general effect, indicating that students usually do not even have to love sports to exercise the degree of their involvement is not too high. Training in mental health and social adaptability, the effect is considered good students accounted for33.8%of the students believe that the general effect accounted for62.8%, because the way of integration of extra-curricular activities for students to participate in class89.4%swipe timing is free, more independent their skills better to participate in student associations. Recommended by the conclusion:In the first place, various forms of extra-curricular sports activities conducive to more student participation, establish a reasonable course evaluation requirements and organizational measures to extracurricular activities into the final grade physical education is the key to the integration of the current implementation of internal and external courses.Secondly, in sufficient space and equipment, supporting facilities and college and even school funding support conditions, improve the implementation of integration of physical education physical education evaluation requirements and organizational measures to accommodate the needs of different students.Eventually, although there has yet to be improved in internal and external integration of physical education, but the implementation of the physical school students increased significantly, schools are advised to increase investment in human, financial, material, so that the integration of internal and external courses to a more healthy direction and extra-curricular activities to further improve the supervision mechanism to ensure that students truly swipe exercise and participate in sports activities of the Association, so that the different individuals exchange to enhance physical and mental health and social adaptability.
