As Marx said, it is the world of many interests. So-called "hustling for benefit, all come; bustling for benefit, all leave", is proves it. Among the many interests, economic interest is the material motivation of engaging in social activities for the people. These economic interests are linked with each other as the specific economic interests, and become the pattern of economic interests as a whole. With the social development, economic interests are evolving. In this process, the balance and coordination of economic interests affect the economic development and social stability. Therefore, the inspection and analysis of the economic interests is an important and meaningful work.After the Third Plenary Session of Eleventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China, economic interests are undergoing tremendous changes. During this period, China’s social productivity has achieved great development, and has created the economic miracle. At the same time, however, economic interests are involved in the imbalance of the situation.In this context, the analysis of China’s economic interests’imbalance, and make an effective correction of the imbalance, is undoubtedly an important subject. The completion of subject is important in relation to the economic development and social stability, in relation to the overall situation of the reform and opening up, in relation to the socialist harmonious society, in relation to the realization of the "Chinese Dream". Based on the above understanding, this issue makes an analysis of the imbalance of current economic interests.First, review the various definitions of the concept of interests. Point out the theoretical differences of the imbalance of economic interests between Western economics and Marxism, and review the research of economic interests imbalances of China after reform and opening up. In addition, combing the basic theory of the Marxist analysis-theory of economic interests:(1) Marxist classical writers has established a scientific view of interest by historical materialism, Interest, in their opinion, is not a physical concept, but a concept of relationship.(2) On the basis of this view of interest, Marxist has provided the analysis of economic interests with productivity standards, from the law of contradictive motion of "productivity&Production relations".(3) Marxist has provided structural analysis of economic interests with the longitudinal dimension perspective and the horizontal dimension perspective.(4) Marxist has found out the internal mechanism of the evolution of economic interests.Secondly, this paper investigated the evolution of China’s economic interests after reform and opening up, and found out that the differentiation of interest not only expressed in the diversified development trend of economic interests, but also expressed in the expansion of the differences among economic interests. At the same time, a series of economic and social problems were breeding in the transition process of the economic interests, were as follows:the gap between the rich and the poor is widening, social groups were immobilized; the lack of consumer demand, the structural of social demand; the corruption was rampant, social stability was decreased. On this basis, subject to a contradictory analysis on the economic interests, and get the conclusion that China’s economic interest has been imbalance. Specifically, with the Marxist theory and quantitative analysis method, construct an indicator system of coordination of economic interests, get the coordination degree track of economic interests from1992to2011,.Furthermore, subject to the structural analysis on the imbalance of China’s economic interests. From the longitudinal dimension perspective, we analyze the imbalance between the common interests and special interests. From the horizontal dimension perspective, we analyze the imbalance between interest groups for itself and interest groups in itself. Meanwhile, with the form of case studies, from the longitudinal dimension perspective and the horizontal dimension perspective, we analyze the imbalance of economic interests in the housing sector of China.Sequentially, to explore the root causes the imbalance of economic interests, and subject to the causal analysis on it. Marxist has found out the internal mechanism of the evolution of economic interests. Basis on it, the imbalance of China’s economic interests is the result of joint action of the two aspects: Production relations and the market mechanism. One is the imbalance of the relations of production; the other is the specific performance of the law of surplus value in the market mechanism. Meanwhile, with the form of case studies, we analyze of the crux of the housing problem.Finally, give the basic ideas and suggestions for correcting the current imbalance of economic interests in China. The current imbalance of economic interests in China, is not only the obstacle to economic development, but also is "the sword of Damocles", as a treatment to social harmony and stability. Therefore, it is a real problem that how to correct the current imbalance of economic interests in China. Based on the foregoing conclusion of the study, we give the basic ideas and suggestions for correcting the current imbalance of economic interests in China. The basic idea is active intervention by government, with the livelihood of the people-oriented, and regards common prosperity as the fundamental principle of the active intervention. Then, we give Suggestions for the imbalance of relations of production, and the specific performance of the law of surplus value in the market mechanism. Meanwhile, with the form of case studies, analyze some local experiences and an effective way to correct the imbalance of economic interests in housing problem.
