Research On Interests Coordination Among Enterprises In Complex Supply Chain

Increasingly complex structure makes the conflict of interests among enterprises in supply chain more diversified and the coordination of interests more complex.Providing effective coordination strategies for the conflict of interests in complex supply chain is conducive to making correct decisions and maximizing the profits of enterprises and supply chain.Firstly,the horizontal interest relationship and equilibrium model among enterprises in complex supply chain have been studied.On the basis of the study of the relationship between horizontal interests,the equilibrium model of enterprises’horizontal interests in different echelons have been established and the static game method to solve the equilibrium point of the game have been used,which lays the foundation for proposing the strategy of coordination of horizontal interests among enterprises in complex supply chain.Then,the vertical interest relationship and equilibrium model among enterprises in complex supply chain are studied.The dynamic equilibrium model and equilibrium deduction of one-to-one,one-to-many,many-to-one of two-party enterprises have been studied,which is the theoretical basis for constructing the vertical benefit equilibrium model of three-party enterprises in complex supply chain.The basic model of interest relationship analysis and game equilibrium analysis of complex supply chain with butterfly structure is proposed,and the equilibrium point of the game model of interest coordination among enterprises in standard butterfly complex supply chain is successfully deduced.Finally,the strategy of benefit coordination among enterprises in complex supply chain is put forward.Based on the results and discussions of game equilibrium,the strategy of horizontal coordination between enterprises under uniform unit product variable cost and different unit product variable cost,as well as the strategy of interest coordination between two and three enterprises in complex supply chain are obtained.The equilibrium results and interest coordination strategies are verified by case analysis and equilibrium calculation results.Thus,it can guide enterprises in different positions of complex supply chain to adopt the correct strategy of interest coordination,and provide the basis for selecting appropriate methods of benefit distribution,such as revenue sharing contract.The innovative achievements include:Firstly,complex supply chain is selected as the object of interest coordination research.Secondly,the butterfly structure model of complex supply chain is proposed,which solves the problem that complex supply chain can not be directly used as the research object of maximizing benefits because of complex enterprise relationship and structure.Thirdly,an equilibrium model of interest game among enterprises in complex supply chain is established,which takes into account the horizontal and vertical interest game of complex supply chain,and the interest relationship of enterprises with "leading edge" in complex supply chain,so as to realize scientific quantitative analysis.Fourthly,the profit coordination strategy of enterprises to maximize the profits of supply chain in the game of their own profit maximization strategy is successfully given.
