The nature of firm is the aggregation of resources, Enterprise resource management is the process of resource integration in essence. In the uncertain environment, enterprise performance and competitive advantage, the key lies in the realization of efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise resource integration, but also to cultivate and improve the dynamic capabilities. At present, the relevant research results in the field of hotel resources integration and dynamic capability does not see more, in both qualitative research mainly uses the existing literature, lack of quantitative analysis. Therefore, by using the method of normative analysis combined with empirical research, a systematic study on the study of hotel resources integration has important implications from the perspective of dynamic capability.Through the research of the deep mining and analysis of existing literature, according to the Resource‐based theory, Dynamic Capability theory, Systems Thinking concept, value chain theory, and modular theory, the dissertation combs the theory system of hotel resources integration, puts forward path frame of hotel resources integration.The resources integration is divided into three dimensions of stabilizing, enriching and pioneering, dynamic capability is divided into environment sensing capability, organizational learning capability, integration reset capability, and organizational flexibility capability, organizational performance is divided into two dimensions of financial performance and non‐financial performance, in order to investigate the influence of the relationship between them; the environmental uncertainty into three dimensions of market turmoil, the intensity of competition and technology fluctuations, to explore the driving and moderator effect of environmental uncertainty on resources integration and dynamic capability. Based on those, this dissertation constructs the overall model of the relation among environmental uncertainty, resource integration, dynamic capabilities and organizational performance for the hotel enterprise, put forward the hypothesis of9main variables and125research sub‐hypotheses. According to the domestic hotel enterprises as the research object, collecting data by questionnaire, the dissertation was obtained from the national27provinces and352valid samples, and using regression analysis, structural equation model, empirical testing, test results show that in a total of134research hypotheses50hypotheses have been better data validation,84hypotheses (all are sub‐hypothesis) not supported by the data; although the number of data to support the research hypothesis is not ideal, but the hypothesis of the9main variables in relation to the received data or partially supported. The study found the integration of resources, dynamic capabilities of each dimension of organizational performance impact is not the same, pioneering directly impacts non‐financial performance, organizational learning ability directly impacts non‐financial performance, organizational flexibility ability directly impacts the financial performance and non‐financial performance. The empirical results support the environmental uncertainty has certain driving and moderator effects on resource integration, the driving and mediator role of technology fluctuation on resources integration significantly, technology fluctuations and market turmoil play driving and moderator effect on the dynamic capabilities. The empirical results also prove that the mediator role of dynamic capabilities, both organizational learning capability and organizational flexibility capability have moderator effects on pioneering and non‐financial performance.This dissertation attempts to environment, resources and ability to integrate into a framework for a study, from the theoretical level, the empirical study on the relationship among the resources integration, dynamic capabilities and organizational performance; from a practical level, the hotel managers can better understand and use the resources integration, dynamic ability, can know more actively and to cope with environmental uncertainty, promote to obtain and maintain competitive advantage of the hotel.
