The Relationship Research On Company Entrepreneurship And Growth Performance:the Influence On Environmental Uncertainty And Dynamic Capability

It will be directly related to the survival and development of enterprises to how to find and create new market opportunities when enterprises face the uncertainty of environment.Enterprises must implement positive entrepreneurial behavior and establish the corresponding dynamic capability, thereby form the sustainable competitive advantage.Private enterprises neither have advanced technology and abundant capital like foreign companies nor the congenital resource advantage like state-owned enterprises.Therefore, to gain a foothold in the market and firm’s further expansion, Private enterprises must continue to innovate,break through, grasp the opportunities, and transform into own ad vantages.There fore, the company entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities become more important for private enterprises.Previous studies focused on the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and performance and less on the mechanism of corporate entrepreneurship and performance.Therefore, based on previous studies, the study focuses on the following issues of private companies:(1) the study wonders whether the company entrepreneurship can effectively predict the growth of business performance;(2) the study wonders whether dynamic capabilities plays a mediation role between corporate entrepreneurship and growth performance;(3) the study wonders whether environmental uncertainty plays what kind of role between dynamic capabilities and growth performance of company.On the base of the theoretical review, the study selected as a case study of Wangxiang Group.Through the analysis of Wangxiang history of oversea business, the study basically verify the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and growth performance, the mediation role of dynamic capabilities and the effection of Environmental hostility on dynamic capabilities.We make an empirical study of62private enterprises in Zhejiang province, using SPSS software for statistical analysis to study the relationship among the variables. This study concludes that:The company entrepreneurship can effectively predict the growth of business performance; Dynamic capabilities play a mediation role between corporate entrepreneurship and growth performance, it is partial mediation but not full mediation, corporate entrepreneurship may affect growth performance directly or through some other mediational variables. Finally, the article brings award the limitations and the future research expectation.
