The depth and breadthof increasing globalization, enterprises face more complex, competition and survivalenvironment, at the same time, the continuous development of economic and socialrequirement for enterprise gradually diversified, such as the need to enterprises toshoulder more social responsibility, environmental responsibility and more civicresponsibility is closely related to human survival, etc. Pure pursue profitmaximization has do not conform to the time to call is more conducive to enterpriselasting survival and development, the dynamics and complexity of the competitiveenvironment makes the strategy formulation process is unpredictable and not just notreliability; More strategic execution process action faster and more efficient, lowercost, in order to get efficiency and effectiveness of competition advantage. Frominside to outside to make itself more powerful: as a result, health maintenanceorganization, promote strategic execution is an important choice of enterprisemaintain competitive advantage.This research enterprise senior managers as the object, using the qualitativeinterviews and quantitative questionnaire survey research method of combining the,from the influence factors of enterprise competitive advantage, the key researchorganization health, the relationship between strategic execution and enterprisecompetitive advantage, including the organization health and strategic execution, theinteraction between health and strategic execution and organization to the influence ofenterprise competitive advantage. And use structural equation about establishment ofput forward research hypothesis and theoretical model is verified, and finally providesa theoretical support to improve enterprise’s competitive advantage has practicalimplications.Main conclusions of this study and innovation are as follows:(1) to furtherverify the composition of the strategy execution. Study of strategic execution andexploration, there are many, but for strategic execution form dimensions, but have notreached consensus on the uniform. Articles from the beginning of the literature reading, combined with the result of field research, including interviews andquestionnaire analysis, and further determine the composition of the strategyexecution, respectively organizational competence, strategic culture, strategicconsensus and synergy, enrich the study of strategic execution.(2) study thecomposition of the group health dimension, and exploratory expanded theorganizational health as the dependent variable’s influence on enterprises.Existingstudies of organizational health, more concentrated in the field of how to defend theorganization healthy, confined to their own interpretation of the concept of grouphealth and dimensions. On the basis of practical research, this study not only try todraw the organization health dimension, organizational learning, organizationalinnovation and organizational change and organizational commitment; Andexpanding the organizational health as the dependent variable is studied, have positiveeffects on enterprises, concentrated on the for the promotion of enterprise competitiveadvantage.(3) found that the organizational health of competitive advantage ofenterprises, which have a direct impact, and indirectly, by the impact of strategicexecution. Organizational health is the foundation of organization problems, is theguarantee of achieving organization various. Based on the logical starting point, theexploratory found that organizational health is put forward for the promotion ofenterprise competitive advantage, and to make validation, this role is not only directly,or indirectly, of the organization’s competitive advantage has important referencevalue.(4) from the angle of strategy execution, build "organization health-strategicexecution-enterprise competitive advantage" of the research framework. Abouthealth, organization strategy execution and the study of enterprise competitiveadvantage have respectively, yet no study to these three organic together. This studyfound that the organization health and strategic execution with the organizationallevel, and the strategic execution was connected to the competitive advantage ofenterprises, therefore, this study attempted to these three questions to build within aframework of analysis and theoretical exploration, thus for enterprise management,especially the promotion enterprise’s competitive advantage, provide certaintheoretical basis and practical implications.
