With the rapid growth of economic and social development,enterprise's living environment is becoming more and more complex,and competition is increasingly fierce.Time when the enterprise only pursued the competitive advantage of strategy,technology,finance and market has gone.Moreover,organizational health will become a kind of simple,open and effective competitive advantage(Patrick,2012).Facing huge benefits temptation,however,many business leaders are losing their principles,misconduct phenomena emerges endlessly,and organization suffered heavy losses therefore.So how to form the healthy state of organizations? And how is the relationship with the leaders' behaviors? This paper begins with discussing these problems.Firstly,based on the previous case research about Vanke enterprise and Shi Wang,from the view of enterprise dynamic capability,the paper put forward to research hypothesis of the ethical leadership influencing organizational health.Afterwards,to revise the questionnaire,we carried out the preliminary research of 463 employees of 52 private enterprises.Finally,based on survey data from 207 private enterprises in China,this paper makes an empirical research on the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational health,and analyzes the mediation role of enterprise dynamic capability in the above relationships.The research's conclusions show that:(1)ethical leadership has positive effects on organizational performance and corporate social responsibility;(2)ethical leadership has positive effects on enterprise dynamic capability;for the sub-dimensions of enterprise dynamic capability,ethical leadership has the biggest effect on the organizational sense-making capacity,but ethical leadership has the smallest effect on the dynamic implementation capacity;(3)enterprise dynamic capability has positive effects on organizational health;for the sub-dimensions of enterprise dynamic capability,the dynamic implementation capacity has the biggest effect on the organizational performance.Meanwhile,the organizational sense-making capacity has the biggest effect on corporate social responsibility;(4)enterprise dynamic capability plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational health.From new enterprise dynamic capability perspective,this paper verified the mechanism that the ethical leadership behaviors in private enterprises influenced organizational performance and corporate social responsibility,making up the gap of empirical research on this field.The paper has put forward the management enlightenment and suggestions.What's more,it will also provide the reference for regulation of leadership behavior and organizational health and enterprises' sustainable development.
