Risk And Avoidance Strategiesof Mergers And Acquisition In China’s Coal Enterprises

There are tremendous risks in the process of the M&A. The risk identification, riskassessment and risk prevention is the key to the success of M&A.According to thetheory of M&A and M&A risk, this paper summarized the status quo of China’s coalenterprises M&M and motivation, elaborated the characteristics of the coal enterprises,M&M risk; through principles and procedures of risk identification, this paperdetermined the research variables and design the questionnaire based on the researchvariables; used factor analysis and structural equation model to study exploratory factoranalysis and confirmatory factor analysis for coal enterprises M&A risk factor;thispaper applied structural equation modelingto analyze the relationship between M&Arisk factors of the coal companies as well as the relationship between the M&A riskfactors of the coal companies and the M&A effect to verify the assumptions；Finally,based on the verification results, this paper applies risk matrix to analyze the riskranking and put forward the avoidance strategies on basis of the analysis.
